They treat addicts who O/D on the street. In most cases, they got prescribed nothing. Yet they go to an ER and get treatment. You must be in a dream world to assume the only people abusing drugs are doing so under the care of a physician.

with grand kids and more
People have to understand the consequences before they engage in the
