What would BC know about forests as compared to a handful of internet scientists?

Nothing. It is highly unlikely that the province is even aware that it has forests - what with just being an entity and all. What many people in BC know about our forests..........that is an entirely different matter.

Not from here are you, the logging pattern is laid our in the same pattern a fire creates. By the time that last old forest is taken down and replanted along the many roads the first part is almost ready to be harvested again. Hemp would be easier to grow and harvest as it has 100 more uses and can be harvested yearly. The stand of trees would be for quaders and they would burn all the dead wood so a lightening strike only takes out a few acres. We should probably redefine what intelligent means when it come to conditions that don't get logic applied to them so the same bad things happen over and over.

Trump started the fires in BC to eliminate the competition.

Spokane group aims to blow wildfire smoke back to Canada

A group on Facebook is trying to use the power of social media to convince the entire city of Spokane to turn on several fans and shoo it away.

"There are roughly 550,000 residents of the Spokane, Washington metropolitan area... To get rid of this smoke, we have to work together as a community," according to the Facebook event titled "Blow Spokane's Smoke Away to Canada." They figure if all 550,000 residents put at least five box fans on their roofs on Friday at noon, it'll push the smoke away.

Is that the idea?

To make anyone who isn't a white natty climate change denier afraid or unwilling to speak up - sort of like the why you are all afraid to speak out in public about your miserable beliefs?

Good luck with that.

Are you denying that the vast and copious amounts of CO2 that your gvt is emitting into the atmosphere via the fires isn't causing catastrophic damage to our Earth AS WE SPEAK!

... At very least think of the children!

Nothing amazes me about Hoidie, JLM. If anything I find him under-whelming.

As if anything would ever stop you from continuing to illustrate your complete ineptitude when commenting on topics that are obviously far above your level of comprehension. Keep up the good work there Hoidie - you do provide a never-ending source of idiocy.

I hope Ford is allocating enough resources as the Ontario fires hit an uptick this week.
