The left have certainly started a rabid smear campaign against her....must be something they are afraid off:smile:

Maybe they're afraid of what will happen should they have a President who isn't a Muslim socialist born in Kenya.

That's politics, smears go around, and it's kind of the point that many are making now, that it's getting ridiculous. It's been ridiculous as long as I've known what politics is.

It got real bad after Clinton took the White House from Daddy Bush....before that it was a little more civilized.

Oh, I forgot to mention this one.....lowered taxes.

Not sure why, you guys clearly aren't paying enough to fund your bloated military and medicaid.

Until the reccession that you caused, we(over taxed Canadians) had surpluses, thus paying our debts.

Try it sometime deadbeats or keep running to China for money and raising your debt ceiling.
We like our military.

All this talk is being wasted on a non-candidate. Sarah Palin as far as anyone knows is not running for President. She is just doing lectures and writing books about her experiences. How come we don't hear anything about John McCone who threw a relatively unknown to the wolves then backed off. This women must be the most scariest person in the world to have to power to keep the left quiet about the real threat to them is 2012 Rudy Giuliani.

Walter has criticized Obama even before the November, 2008 election. Not one word of what he's written has a grain of truth in it. But he objects when people speak the truth about his beloved Palin. Oh well ....

''if Palin were in power, she'd cut taxes and increase military spending as a sound means of balancing the budget.''

And start another war (or two) in order to make us safer and reduce deficits.

Before you know it, the US Marine corps would be knocking on the White House door asking for their salaries, and not in US dollars.

You guys really can't get enough of her can you?

It's sad the way people can't get it through their heads that about 99.9% of politicians are all the same - they love the lime light, they love to talk and they ALL think they are better than their opponents. Sad life really!

It's like some jerk falling down the stairs isn't it. You just can't help but watch and chuckle every time.

She's missing a chromosome or two ain't she.

Palin strikes back at 'Neanderthal' Santorum (Huffington Post, Fox News): Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin took a minute Wednesday to counter an earlier claim by Rick Santorum that she might be skipping the annual Conservative Political Action Conference this week because she had more lucrative options on the table. While she prefaced her comments with the disclaimer that earlier reports about the former Pennsylvania senator's statement may have been slightly overblown, as Santorum himself contended, that didn't stop Palin from getting in a jab.

Palin nomination could put more states in Obama column (Washington Post): A series of state polls released over the last few weeks suggest that if Republicans nominate former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin in 2012 it could hand President Obama a considerable electoral vote margin next November. "I'd say it is too early to tell, but almost every poll taken now says former Governor Palin would certainly lose a 2012 Presidential race in a landslide," said Republican consultant Mike Murphy. "She is the Obama White House's secret weapon to wipe out the GOP on election day 2012."
