The wealth should go to those who produce the most benefit to society. And we all know that the upholders and defenders of Marxist-Leninist doctrine produce the greatest benefit of all. Ergo. . .

It's usually the 'middle class' as they are the biggest voting block, and center left parties argue that they are the people that are most likely responsible for GDP growth.

the proletarian, the workers. you know, actual producers.

It's really about the redistribution of wealth though.
more like the appropriation of bourgeoisie criminals, and giving the produced wealth back to the producers, the workers.

Margaret Thatcher was a garbage human being that stomped on workers rights.

Margaret Thatcher saved Great Britain.

You haven't a clue.

Idiot. The destruction of the class that invents and creates work leaves the proletariat who do the work, with nothing.

you're a ridiculous moron; exploiting property rights and forcing laborers to work for them isn't inventing work.

There are different factions of Socialism but the main thing is that workers control the means of production, otherwise it's not socialism. CBC has nothing to do with socialism, public funding has nothing to do with socialism.

and subsidization certainly doesn't have anything to do with socialism.

SUre it does. That is the whole essence of socialism. Get someone else to pay.

That doesn't even make sense as a system.. "get someone else to pay".. be realistic idiot. Socialists have major intellectuals supporting it including scientists like Einstein, it's a little bit more nuanced than "get someone else to pay".

socialism isn't about people being paid the same. it's about earning what you produce, without the surplus profits being pocketed by some unnecessary nitwit factory owner, or other useless higher ups. it's about being compensated fairly, it's about everyone being able to live without the anxieties of having to find a job for survival. it's about abolishing excessive unsustainable luxury among the few and annihilating arbitrary hierarchies.

CEOs are some of the most useless people alive, yet the most wealthy. **** capitalism and any apologists supporting it against your own interests, you need some class consciousness.

And if it wasn't for them there would be no jobs or government money for all you freeloaders. Capitalists are the ones that take ALL the risks so it is only fair that they get the bulk of the rewards.

It's really about the redistribution of wealth though.

True. You want those that produce the wealth to just give it all away to the lazy and incompetent. If you remove the ability to make money then where is the incentive to take risks?

Don't be stupid. Jobs exists because they have to be done in society for it to function, for example : road construction, it doesn't need a wealthy capitalist pig **** in charge of the job for it to exist in the first place!!!!!!!!1!

Of course it does. Do you really think freeloaders are going to go out and build a much needed road all on their own? Or build a car to drive on it? Oh and what about the fuel for that car? does it come out of the gas station all on its own?
It has been proven at governments can't even organize a fuk in a *****house. SO without people willing to take risks who would organize the work?

Holy fuk you really are a moron. Without someone taking the risk there would be no business for the so called workers to go to. They would just hang outside the welfare office and wait for the government to pay. Oh wait the government has no money because there is no industry to tax.Guess all you freeloaders will have to starve.

I think the Leave campaign has the right strategy: whine, whine, and whine some more.

That way, even if Britain votes to remain, the incessant whining of the leave campaign might motivate other EU states to beg the UK to recount the ballots and hold a second referendum in which the EU itself will join the Leave campaign just to put an end to the incessant whining.

If the EU is so good that Britain should stay in it, why don't you petition your government for Canada to join it?

If you're not prepared for Canada to join the EU, then don't tell the British that they should stay in it.

Jo Cox MP death: Thomas Mair in court on murder charge

Labour MP Jo Cox died after the attack in her constituency in Birstall near Leeds

The man charged with the murder of Labour MP Jo Cox has appeared in court and been remanded in custody.

Thomas Mair gave his name as "Death to traitors, freedom for Britain" when he appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court.

Mrs Cox, 41, was shot and stabbed in Birstall, West Yorkshire, on Thursday.

Mr Mair, 52, is also charged with GBH, possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and possession of an offensive weapon.

The defendant, who was wearing a grey tracksuit, refused to give his correct name and did not reply when asked to confirm his address and date of birth.

He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Monday.

Mrs Cox, who was married with two children, was about to attend a constituency surgery when she was killed.

David Cameron, Hilary Benn and Jeremy Corbyn laid flowers in tribute to Jo Cox in her constituency of Batley and Spen in West Yorkshire

A 77-year-old man, who came to her aid, was also injured and remains in a stable condition in hospital.

Vigils were held across the country on Friday evening in memory of Mrs Cox. Earlier in the day, David Cameron and Jeremy Corbyn visited Mrs Cox's Batley and Spen constituency.

The prime minister said the country was "rightly shocked" by her death, while the Labour leader described the former aid worker as "an exceptional, wonderful, very talented woman."

Flowers and candles have been laid in Parliament Square in central London

Thomas Mair was described by neighbours as a 'loner' following the shooting of the MP

Parliament will be recalled on Monday to allow MPs to pay further tributes.

A fundraising campaign started on Friday by friends and family of Mrs Cox has already raised more than £220,000.

The funds will support three causes her husband, Brendan Cox, said were close to her heart, including the The Royal Voluntary Service, HOPE not hate and The White Helmets.

Rachel Reeves, the Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary and the MP for Leeds West, not far from Jo Cox's Batley and Spen constituency, breaks down at the scene of her friend's murder. Mrs Reeves has rejected claims that the Brexit battle triggered Mrs Cox's murder
