Obama will never stop till he destroys us.!!!
One percent transaction tax is proposed
President Obama's finance team is recommending a transaction tax. His plan isto sneak it in after the November election to keep it under the radar. This is a 1% tax on all transactions at any financial institution i. e. Banks, Credit Unions, etc.. Any deposit you make, or move around within your account, i. e. transfer to, will have a 1% tax charged. If your pay check or your social Security or whatever is direct deposit, 1% tax charged. If you hand carry a check in to deposit, 1% tax charged, If you take cash in to deposit, 1% tax charged. This is from the man who promised that if you make under $250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax. Keep your eyes and ears open, you will be amazed at what you learn.

Some will say aw it's just 1%... remember once the tax is there they can raise it at will.

So, does everything that Congress deliberates on automatically become Obama's plan, even when it hasn't even been signed into law? The 1% transaction fee is in the Debt Free America Act H.R. 4646, and was sponsored by Rep. Chaka Fattah. It doesn't even have a co-sponsor, and was immediately referred to committee.

It also aims to end Federal income tax.

At least some people are attempting to address your growing deficit. Can you name any other proposed bills with the express intent to reduce your deficit?

For starters, killing the middle class.

How?

Obama isn't done yet, is he?.. He's crushed the economy and driven tens of thousands out of their homes through foreclosure already. I'm sure that there is much more to come.

I'm a little curious about all these jobs. isn't the unemployment rate in teh doubel digits these days?

Obama crushed the economy?

Who started all this mess, eh, wot?

Suddenly the right have become revisionists.

How about Clinton for starters who called off capturing Bin Laden before 9/11. Who started it is easy to answer. Why he let him go is the real question. (See what a little impeachment accusation can cause a President to do.)

Sometimes when I read the kind of nonsense uttered by right wingers, I think that might be a good idea to pass an intelligence test.

''when it comes to Obama, hell you are the chief apologist and blame deflector for his office and party''

See my reply to the charge of being an ideologue.

Meantime, explain to me why Obama is blamed for everything under the sun especially when it is your hero Bush who created the mess.

''Sometimes when I read the kind of nonsense uttered by right wingers, I think that might be a good idea to pass an intelligence test.''

Especially when Clinton was not offered OBL as established by the Republican 9/11 Commission. This is an issue that was discussed about 100 times before but the drugged delusional Republicans on the forum still want to blame Democrats for every mess they create.

It's amazing how the right wingers are still blaming Clinton even though he has been out of office FAR longer than Bush! LOL!!

You skipped one.

Suppose Bin Laden had been caught, do you really think 9/11 would have been called off?

Not to bright of you there dude. plus Bush had several months to nab the douche but was too busy taking holidays.

I wasn't even referring to the botched wars anyways, I was referring to your crap economy.

Yep. Isn't it amazing how the Republicans on this forum resent it when you criticize Bush on the grounds that he is no longer president. Yet to this day they still attack Clinton and in their little minds it is OK to do so.

Sheer hypocrisy of the worse kind!
