I'm sure it will all get worked out in the end. Probably take 20 years and 500 lawsuits - but the payout will be huge. or yuge.

In 20 years you'll be praying for Global Warming and willing to kill your neighbour for half a loaf of moldy bread.

All municipal workers will be giving up their laptops .

Fugget about it, let's sue NYC, for the eco-sins of dumping hundreds of millions of tonnes garbage into the Atlantic over several hundred years and for Broadway Musicals.

There is physical evidence abound, I doubt CO2 AGW would stand in a Court of Law.

Even a legal aid lawyer could convince 12 people it's a scam.

it didn't stand in a court of law

Report: Fatal Courtroom Act Ruins Michael ‘Hockey Stick’ Mann – ‘Commits contempt of court’

Prominent alarmist shockingly defies judge and refuses to surrender data for open court examination. Only possible outcome: Mann’s humiliation, defeat and likely criminal investigation in the U.S. The defendant in the libel trial, the 79-year-old Canadian climatologist, Dr Tim Ball (above, right) is expected to instruct his British Columbia attorneys to trigger mandatory punitive court sanctions, including a ruling that Mann did act with criminal intent when using public funds to commit climate data fraud

An Inconvenient Verdict for Al Gore
Oct. 12, 2007

The verdict couldn't have come at a less convenient time for Al Gore.

One day before Friday's announcement that he was a co-winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, a British High Court judge ruled that Gore's global warming film, "An Inconvenient Truth," while "broadly accurate," contained nine significant errors.

"A lot of people have been criticizing the science in 'An Inconvenient Truth' but they've been dismissed as not credible or put forward by fronts for the oil industry," said Joseph Bast, the president of the Heartland Institute, which has spent more than $700,000 in recent months to place ads challenging Gore to a debate on climate change. "Now we have the British High Court identifying 11 specific errors.

Funny that nobody suggests the oil companies just say "what global warming?"

Reviewed by your peers Eagle Snack, Captain Organ, pigs and Danbones?

Actual peer reviewed by real peers, which we merely report.
( not to mention critical court cases)
;)
Instead of just making stuff up like you glowing ball type folks are always doing.
:)
which we consider leer reviewed.

But to be fair, you are pretty good at guessing wrong...learn that in multiple choice school?

Do you not understand the significance of oil production? .

NObody cares.

If they knew that people were going to get hurt and they did it anyway?

It is at the very least something that all the public agencies that are currently footing the bill should be asking.

Of course people care, Flossy. More of your contrary BS again.

People care about driving that shiny new car. The courts will not order any damages for lawsuits based on junk science.
