It's become the norm. Kids get murdered at school. Gun activists make ridiculous comparisons and deflect. Anti-gun advocates call for the removal of all guns and the 24 news network salivates as the body count rises.

Not so. They want to limit assault rifles, stricter background checks and waiting times before purchase. That is not an outright ban.
