They have yet to have ANY prediction come true.
Here, I'll put it in easier language for you. You should stop posting this crap. Stop spreading the lies. Those that keep predicting dire consequences if we don't stop, have not had a single one of their predictions come true yet. It's just fear mongering on their part and all you are doing is spreading that fear and the lies.
The ash left behind is acidic so there are few places to get rid of it, that doesn't mean impossible. If it acts like volcanic ash it is actually a good soil conditioner in moderation. (ie 'rock dust')
The CO2 has plants to equalize that output so the emissions should be sent through a green house and the O2 leaving the place would be money in the bank.
Coal could be used in places like Flint to filter the potable water at the user's location if it acts like charcoal in home aquariums. The plants would not have to be shut down and product production at the mines would just about double if that was a standard plumbing features in the future. Synrude sand might have a similar use.

I think that's what worries me most, that we will pass some point of no return while we bicker the right and wrong of burning fossil fuels. It's also a bone of contention that for the most part, the default position of those in favour of the status quo is to attack and ridicule anyone who suggests we actually do something to reduce fossil fuel consumption, because any steps that would have any measure of effectiveness are either expensive or inconvenient. Are we leaving a mess behind for our descendants that they won't be able to fix?
Quite the contrary actually. The ridicule has to do with the abject hypocrisy of those that demand that something be done ~ just as long as it's not them doing it
