It's only a threat alright. Putin will never use nuclear weapons on anyone unless some other world leader/s of some other country intends to use them on Russia. Nobody will win if countries start lobbing nuclear weapons at each other. It is only the west that is making all the threats.

The olive tree from which Moses heard the words of God speaking to him, was not an idol or totem.
None prayed from it, or vowed to it .or asked his needs from it or sought its assistance or help.
So Moses heard the words of God speaking to him from the olive tree, but God - be glorified - was not in the tree; He sent His words to the olive tree which Moses heard from the tree, as you hear the news from the Radio set, while the man reading the news is not in the radio set, but he is in London or Cairo.
That is because God is Highly Proud and does not speak directly to any creature, unless from behind a veil and the veil here was the olive tree.

First there was the covid threat which is still in progress. Then there was the climate change threat which is still in progress. And now it is the threat of nuclear war with Russia. Threats will never end with these donkey democrat buffoons, and their leftist liberal media lapdogs, that will always try and create another life threatening situation for all of us to end up going into panic mode which many fools out there will allow themselves to do so.
If there is anyone not to believe or listen to anymore is to our lying bullshitting politicians and the fake and lying media. Whatever those fear mongers try and push go just the opposite. Tell those two to just FO and go in the other direction. Because most of the time the other direction is pretty much always the right way to go.

If God supposedly spoke through it, it's become a totem.
If your people recognize that God spoke through that tree, it's a totem.
You don't need to pray or vow or anything to an object for it to be a totem. A totem is a symbolic religious symbol.

People don't pray or look to the burning bush of the Moses story either, yet that it still a totem.

Irony here is, that people who look to Totems to help them worship say the EXACT SAME THING.
It's not the object, it's what the object represents.
It's a focus.

That tree died later on. Anyhow, if people ask their need and seek help of that tree, then it is an idol, but such thing did not happen in fact; people might not know its exact site even.
God spoke only to Moses and not to anyone else; Moses saw the tree giving light, and he alone heard God speak to him from that tree.
There was another tree in the time of Prophet Mohammed; under that tree the believers gave the pledge of allegiance to Prophet Mohammed and God was pleased with them in an aya revealed in the Quran; some people started to sanctify and glorify that tree, the thing which made Caliph Omar to cut off that tree lest it becomes an idol worshiped by people.
That is because the Islam religion is against all idols and every idolatry and against any associating of anything or anyone with God in the worship and glorification.
The first word in the Islam religion is: No god except God alone with no other god besides Him.
Mecca the caba and its meteorite are idols of epic proportion. Same goes for the road to Medina.
The Kaaba in Mecca is God's House of worship; therefore, glorifying the house of God is a glorification of God Himself... even if you put gold on its walls and even if you kiss the walls of the mosque it is the glorification of God Himself.
While constructing the graves of people like prophets and saints is the glorifying of servants of God which is the idolatry and the association with God.
The House of God's worship includes many parts and rites: the glorifying of such rites is a sort of piety and Godfearing and seeking of His goodpleasure.
So one should differentiate between glorifying God's House and glorifying of the shrines of men and creatures.
Quran 22: 32, which means:
(Anyone honors the [compulsory and the voluntary] rituals of God; surely such [honoring] issues from the hearts [believing in the rituals and] avoiding [the disobedience of God.] )
When I went to visit God's House: the Kaaba at Mecca, there was the black stone which is only a mark: indicating the start of one circle around the Kaaba; one of many circling the pilgrim perform; and it is not the glorification of the stone itself.
There are many sites inside the Holy Mosque in Mecca indicating its ancient building from the time of our father Prophet Abraham - salam to him; like the Maqam of Abraham where the pilgrim prays 2 bowings of prayer there, and the Safa and Marwa where the pilgrim go forth and returns back in many courses.
And the House of God at Mecca does not include any idol or statue.
Some Muslims asked Prophet Mohammed about the Safa and Marwa suggesting abandoning them, so this aya in the Quran 2: 158 was revealed, which means:
(The Safa and the Marwa are among the 'worship-symbols' of God. It is therefore no sin for him who is on pilgrimage (Haj) to the House [of God], or visits it (Umrah), to go about them.)
Using an idol, a representative, a totem, of God, to glorify that worship.
It's not different to the Cross.
It's using the stone as a mark to help with religious ritual.
It's a totem.
The circling, the way of worship, is very pagan like.
Because it IS the idol, it IS the totem. It IS the 'statue' that is used to help focus prayer to God.
So there's exceptions to the rules in Islam.
As there are in other religions; example being the Cross.
