Vail Daily first reported what Obama ate for dinner over the weekend, but provided more information on Tuesday: the first lady dined on a pickled pumpkin salad with arugula and a braised ancho-chile short rib with hominy wild mushrooms and sautéed kale.
The meal, in fact, was a healthy one consisting of a five-ounce serving of meat braised until most of the fat cooked off. It weighed in at
600 calories, restaurant owner Kelly Liken told the paper.

Top Chef contestant, also said Obama chose her eponymous restaurant because of its association with a local school program that teaches schoolchildren to grow produce in a greenhouse.
The woman is pure evil.
