With luck the snow will all be gone by then.

One good thing about the late spring we are having this year is that all the easterners that infest our coast to avoid the snow will tell their friends how bad it is and fewer of them will come out next year.

Nothing of the sort in TriCities. I lost a lot of plants that normally over winter quite well.

We've had some very hard frosts.

Can't, it doesn't burn.

I can as an example take 1 Carbon molecule (C) with 4 Hydrogen (H) bonded to it, which is CH4 aka methane and add 2 02 (O) molecules which will break that very strong CH4 bond releasing a ****load of thermal energy (burning aka oxidization) with the end result being a carbon molecule (C) bonding to the 2 02 molecules creating CO2 and the H finding 2 new O2 buddies kicking around in what is known as air to bond with to make H2O. Some people call these 2 byproducts CO2 & H20 when combined with air smoke which also contains other molecules like N and S that went along for the ride or were hanging around minding their own business.

I cannot add to or reduce the mass of what I started with, I can only enjoy the thermal energy as heat or kinetic energy when I oxidized the methane.
