Let me guess. Trump will raise tariffs on Mexican products and use the money collected from those tariffs to pay for the wall. What he won't say though is that that means that US consumers will pay more for these products. So in reality, the US consumer will pay.

You seem an enemy of the most efficient use of consumers. What do you imagine the consumers role in the modern global economy to be? An efficient consumer should just consume by state supplied guide wires and leave the abstractions like self determination to those paragons at the top of society who we entrust with our best interests.
