Cockiness and over-confidence is a big part of why the Liberals are where they are now federally.

Federally the Liberals paid the price and fell from grace now it's their time to shine.

Remember the liberals will be remembered for money in envelopes where the mighty Conservatives will be remembered for bodies in bags.

... if this mcguinty is still the premier today he didn't resign as announced ...

The CBC seems to think McGuinty resigned and prorogued because the government was going to fall anyway, but what does the CBC know, they're neocons anyway.

They are everywhere. I am going to check under my bed tonight, or ask my wife like a brave man would do and tuck the sheets under my feet.

Possibly. Like with Chretien. Though I have a feeling this one was a bit more mutual than that one.

haha. If McGuinty was Justin's competition it'd just increase his chances of winning.

Either one will guarantee another Harper victory and the demise of what is left of the federal liberals.

Hmm if so its unfortunate that they prorogued. The only reason I was against Harper doing it was because it was done to avoid a confidence vote, not the usual reasons its supposed to be done for. They should all face the music when it comes, not run away.

The reason Harper did it was avoid the Country being governed by Separatist, NDP, Liberal, coalition without the vote of the people and all I can say that is Thank God. There wasn't a confidence vote at play, it was an attempt to take over without an election. Big difference.
