Just an idea:
I think we are more scientifically advanced than the people of Mars (it may be we outstrip them by about 500 years; Mars will stop rotating around itself 500 years following the earth.)
Therefore, in case the Martian are so civilized, and they are prepared to meet the people of Earth and understand they have come from another planet, it is OK.
But the people of Earth should beware of the consequences, and should go peacefully (but are they so good: such guilty and criminals of casting hydrogen bombs on the inhabitants of their own planet?)
What is in their minds: do they want to do mutual understanding of each other, or want to colonize there and occupy the land there?
The people of Venus almost have been exterminated because of the cessation of Venus from rotation, might have become more advanced, but had no opportunity to go to Earth: almost they were atheists and disbelievers and associaters; because Doomsday afflicts the evilest among the creation.
The journey to Venus is dangerous
The journey to Mars is successful
The emigration to Mars
An anticipated meeting between the inhabitants of Earth and the inhabitants of some other planets
I have to go now, and hope to return some hours later, by God's will.
