Mostly because nothing does.This won't have any effect on Trump whatsoever
There are three reasons none of this, nor anything else, will affect President Drunkuncle:I suspect that the nickname The Teflon Don will be applicable to Mr Trump in the coming years
Well, the left (or such "left" as we have) have pulled the classic error of inducing outrage fatigue in everyone. They failed to heed the wisdom of Bored of the Rings:It's all about perspective here in terms of what Trump thinks of himself vs how the gen pop views him... It's really not that different up here in the frozen North (we have a heavy snowfall warning for the next few days in my part of the world)
In any case, he's gonna be the band leader for the next years, so enjoy it (if that's your position) or hunker-down and live with it.

Faux News is now the official channel of Trump Defense Team. Check out this WHOPPER that Corey tried to push out there today. Backwards, laughable, Orwellian? Only dimwit Faux viewers would even FALL for this silly 'instant bullshit.'

I bet having a liberal pope really chaffs your balls like Velcro in your underwear.
Francis has been a massive disappointment. But he is a manifestation of 'modernization' and liberalization movement that has existed in the Church with avengeance since Vatican 2 in the 1960s.
That gutted the integrity Church's ancient latin rituals and sacraments. It instituted a subjective, relative, sentimental, irregular and eccentric moral discipline. It's effects are obvious as noted by the empty pews and disorder within its religious and laity.
But, the Powers of Hell will not prevail against that Church founded on the Rock of Peter. That is written (Matt. 16:18 ). I'm not worried. It'll come around.
And i'm not a member of Opus Dei, so i don't wear a cilice or sackcloth.. or velcro in my underwear.. nor do practice self flagellation or any other form of self mortification. That's a myth.. for the most part.
Unfortunately, the KJ version is not only a very bad translation of the Greek, it is missing 13 books from the original, which was plagiarized, like the OT, from much older texts. Latin or not, the bible is a forgery orchestrated by Constantine.The Roman Catholic Church imprisoned Christendom for a millennium and a half. Thank God for that brave priest Martin Luther who finally broke the monopoly. If he hadn't translated the Bible into German, Cranmer wouldn't have followed him and translated it into English. If that hadn't happened, the Presbyterians and Methodists wouldn't have started the mass education meant to teach reading and writing to the poorest of the poor, so that they too could read the Bible for themselves. The Latin Mass was dropped when a (finally!) educated Catholic flock no longer bought the need for an interpreter that uses a "magic" Latin language.
(p.s. I personally love the Latin Mass as prose and I am rehearsing to sing it in three weeks in a version penned by Amadeus Mozart in C minor.
)
I don't see how anyone - knowing what we now know - could possibly be a roman catholic.
It’s funny. I was thinking the same thing about communists

Are there still communists anywhere?
