There are three reasons none of this, nor anything else, will affect President Drunkuncle:
1. As has been demonstrated, his psychopathic self-opinion is full-on delusional.
2. He will never be impeached. (Which is a good thing, considering #2 is a religious fascist and, unlike Drunkuncle, a competent politician and policymaker.)
3. President Drunkuncle doesn't care if his "agenda" (defined as whatever he tweeted about during his morning dump today) is passed.
It's all about perspective here in terms of what Trump thinks of himself vs how the gen pop views him... It's really not that different up here in the frozen North (we have a heavy snowfall warning for the next few days in my part of the world)

Well, the left (or such "left" as we have) have pulled the classic error of inducing outrage fatigue in everyone. They failed to heed the wisdom of Bored of the Rings:

Francis has been a massive disappointment. But he is a manifestation of 'modernization' and liberalization movement that has existed in the Church with avengeance since Vatican 2 in the 1960s.
That gutted the integrity Church's ancient latin rituals and sacraments. It instituted a subjective, relative, sentimental, irregular and eccentric moral discipline. It's effects are obvious as noted by the empty pews and disorder within its religious and laity.
But, the Powers of Hell will not prevail against that Church founded on the Rock of Peter. That is written (Matt. 16:18 ). I'm not worried. It'll come around.
And i'm not a member of Opus Dei, so i don't wear a cilice or sackcloth.. or velcro in my underwear.. nor do practice self flagellation or any other form of self mortification. That's a myth.. for the most part.

The Roman Catholic Church imprisoned Christendom for a millennium and a half. Thank God for that brave priest Martin Luther who finally broke the monopoly. If he hadn't translated the Bible into German, Cranmer wouldn't have followed him and translated it into English. If that hadn't happened, the Presbyterians and Methodists wouldn't have started the mass education meant to teach reading and writing to the poorest of the poor, so that they too could read the Bible for themselves. The Latin Mass was dropped when a (finally!) educated Catholic flock no longer bought the need for an interpreter that uses a "magic" Latin language.
(p.s. I personally love the Latin Mass as prose and I am rehearsing to sing it in three weeks in a version penned by Amadeus Mozart in C minor.
Unfortunately, the KJ version is not only a very bad translation of the Greek, it is missing 13 books from the original, which was plagiarized, like the OT, from much older texts. Latin or not, the bible is a forgery orchestrated by Constantine.
Might I suggest public waterboarding for all elected members and have it done in public (floor of the parliament sessions) with lots of microphones turned on.
