I suppose no legal one but you would hope some of these people had the morals to get this info to the proper authorities, even if they had to do it through anonymous sources to something like TMZ......

The perps have millions of dollars to spend on Lawyers and trying to turn them in would get you blacklisted so their goes you ability to earn a living. If the victims themselves are unwilling to come forward for those reasons the leaving it to good Samaritans to clean it up means it never gets cleaned up. If it is the trend for the last 100 years there is only one way to stop it in DC and Hollywierd.
Look at the way Hitlary got her hubby off some charges that should have resulted in a guilt verdict.

The ones that didn't let him didn't work for any of his companies. Is it safe to say the ones rewarded with a career did let him?? (Granted some were hired because of their natural talent and others as a favor to a friend or relative. It is assumed that Hugh just paid the Playboys as if they were high class hookers.
