Thanks for the PM about the article.. it was linking to the comments section. Here is the one to the actual article:

Crunching the Ontario NDP's tax-the-rich numbers - The Globe and Mail

It should bring in at least $400 M of revenue every year and the percentage increase isn't even close to scaring anyone away. Good job on both parties to actually co-operate and come up with something substantial for the budget.

The Horvath Tax will cause a mass exodus of money and jobs to flow out of the province.

This happenned when the NDP was in charge of Ontario and Andrea Horwath did not learn from that.

Yup couldn't agree more, except you fail to remember that the Peterson (Prior Provincial Liberal Government) left the Rae Government without a pot to piss in.

Rae? Isn't he the Federal leader of the Liberal Party of Canada now?

Seems like a lot of hot air to me.

Exactly.

Someone needs some new talking points.

Rae is the Liberal interim leader

I wouldn't be so sure...

“Bob Rae refuses to rule out his intention to seek the full-time leadership of his party. But everyone knows he wants to be prime minister,” said Conservative Party director of communications Fred DeLorey in an email. “We believe Canadians have a right to know the record of someone who wants to be their prime minister. For Bob Rae, it’s a proven record of failure while he was premier of Ontario.”
