It should bring in at least $400 M of revenue every year and the percentage increase isn't even close to scaring anyone away. Good job on both parties to actually co-operate and come up with something substantial for the budget.

The UK has gone through this - twice now, both times they've retracted the policy... And I think that $400MM is not a realistic number in this circumstance, that projection likely doesn't account for any backlash like liberalman suggested.

Not dropping everything at Bob Rae's feet it should be remembered that the previous Ontario Liberal government left one hell of a mess behind.
