The land is worth something. The building is a liability. Get rid of the building & figure it out from there.
Since all the expensive work has already been done, tear it down and put a modular on the lot for a new official residence. Maybe living like a taxpayer will change the PM's outlook on government.
Actually, it's not. It's been determined from when Trudeau initially said he was stepping down when a new leader was chosen that Carney would be "the man" and that's exactly what happened. It was "rigged!!"
