Let’s just call it by it's given name: terrorism

Notice how none of that applies to our foreign policy as it relates to any country that has a large Muslim population. It is the West that has got their panties all in a knot as they demand they not be subjected to what they dish out. (condemnation being before all other possibilities) The part that makes the West a gross enterprise is they also demand Muslims not defend themselves in their own country., you can't get any more retarded than that.

You might want to take a hard look at what would make terrorist solutions seen a more viable alternative to due process
If all disputes were taken through the UN Courts the West would lose every case, that is why none are allowed to go that route. Just saying it is enough to get bombs dropped on you.

Some Hard Facts About Terror
We are having an outbreak of reports in the Canadian press about “home grown” terrorists, “radicalized” young men of Muslim faith traveling out of the country to participate in extremist groups abroad, a relatively insignificant phenomenon which has received inordinate publicity. In any event, if you give the matter some thought, you realize that this “news” is a kind of empty publicity, noise about something as old and familiar as human life itself, although it has been bestowed with a new name intended to frighten us into supporting measures outside the framework of a society of laws.

The truth is that young men, at least a certain portion of them, have always traveled abroad to join causes and wars. It’s about as ordinary a phenomenon as playing team sports or joining clubs. In many cases, we end up praising them for their bravery and idealism, as was certainly the case with the many thousands of Europeans, Americans, and Canadians who traveled to Spain in the 1930s to volunteer in the civil war against General Franco. In other cases, we condemn and imprison them and sometimes even execute them as part of the losing side, as America has been doing in its rampage through the Middle East.

Only 36% of Canadians would call Ottawa shooting a terrorist attack, while 38% blame mental illness, survey finds

The question of whether Michael Zehaf-Bibeau’s attack on Cpl. Nathan Cirillo in Ottawa last month was caused by mental illness or ideology has been the subject of intense debate.

Among those polled, 38% said they would call the shooting an act by a person with mental illness, while 36% would call it a terrorist attack. Twenty-five per cent weren’t sure.

Eighty-seven per cent said they support more training for mental health workers to identify signs of radicalization.

Respondents were less certain when asked whether they believed radicalized Canadians driven by violent ideology were living in their communities right now.

Thirty-five per cent answered “yes,” 28% said “no” and 37% said “not sure.” Alberta and Ontario residents were most likely to say “yes.”

Yup.... anyone who reads alternative news live in an alternate reality or is schitzo

You say such interesting things. News IS alternative by definition. Fer instance, normal traffic conditions we find under trafic condition. accidents we find under news because the norm has been altered. So in closing, the term "alternative news" is alliteration for the purpose of confusion and flagging of the undesirable messagages which may confound and or compromise the established hierarchys day to day normal conspiratorial executions of office.
