Was this bear as big as a suburban or was he in suburbia or both?

That area likes to call its self the tri-city. They try hard to be part of but seperate from...

Coquitlem, port coquitlam and port moody...great places to hike, but thats about it...its the burbs..

If you go beyond Hope...you get all the pollution from the cities and non of the benefits unfortunately. Love Chillielwack. So much hiking and camping...

Maybe but on the plus side less traffic, crime and noise.

I spent quite a bit of time working around Hope, it's not bad- winter is a little dodgy as you are always riding the fine line between snow and rain. Princeton has a little bit of everything, about the right size too.
