Who should have jurisdiction over the North Pole?

Santa Claus, by right of permanent residency...:p 364 days of the year.
or Ms. Claus.
Or da Boss Elf...

Well, then he's the boy you should vote for! -:)

NO, because I don't live in the riding of Papineau. Even though you are obviously new to this country, you should have been made aware that you are living in a parliamentary , not a presidential, system. Any more foolish queries? Between you and Durry I'm sure you can drum up more silliness...

Yeah, Harper has definitely got himself implicated with too many A$$holes, but out of 160 or so M.P.s half a dozen are bound to be A$$holes and I suppose to abide by Trudeau's fricken charter there is problem not a hell of lot you do with them until they actually break the criminal code. Personally I'd stick with Harper ...................for now anyway.

That's the equiv. of "Yeah, MOm Boucher has definitely got himself implicated with too many outlaw Bikers":p

I haven't made up my mind on him either way. Attributes like smiling, shaking hands, engaging in friendly conversation are essential but like breathing, in themselves don't qualify you for Prime Ministership! We saw his old man for many years, so it's wise to remember the old adage, "the acorn don't fall far from the tree", BUT, there's another old adage...."there's an exception to every rule", so we simply don't know.

JLM, the only way a person qualifies to be prime minister is to win the leadership of their party and that party party winning enough seats to form the government. If justin Trudeau wins in the 2015 election he will be prime minister........if the election were held today he would win. Nothing magic here.

Yep, I'm new to this country, just 70 years and I'm quite aware of the parliamentary system here, wiseguy and I'd bet I know as much if not more about it than you do. H.T.F. am I supposed to know you don't live in Papineau? There are no "foolish queries".............just stupid answers.

I'm well aware of the procedure, but like most jobs the procedure doesn't guarantee competence.

Ask your Lib friends,,,,, if they know where it is,,, that is!!

Canada has , between 60degees and 140 degrees E of Prime. The 'North Pole 'is a point of singularity.'

re:

Ask him who should have jurisdiction over the North Pole and he's completly lost!!

I sympathise with your outré, Durry. I remember demanding that JT tell me 'who owns the Equator!"
and "Why do the Brits get the prime meridian', and getting a rather puzzled look in return....
