Dexter, talking about confused verbiage. China must be Risus's brother; they both were brought up thinking that they are the only intelligence on planet earth.

Yeah, that's just silly, when we all know that's me.
(An example of Arrogance ~ When someone usually boasts something about themselves that is obviously not true in order to impress or to purposely antagonize.)

Towards China's understanding of the two words ambition and arrogance, to me, each can mean two things:

Ambition:
1 - To know your abilities through experience but in a realistic manner.
2 - To use your own abilities that you are confident in to better other peoples lives in some way or another (Do good with what you can do)

Arrogance:
1 - To think you know your own abilities when past actions have proven otherwise.
2 - To do what you think you know is best for others without asking them or when it is unwanted in the first place.

What has happened to this forum?

I have seen brawls over philosophical topics or political ones - but I haven't seen mud throwing about a comparative musing post by China who is famous for his curious writing and strangely enough - being challenged as a direct personal attack by Dexter who is to me the epitome of thoughtful response. I think the word sinister is generic enough and
China is pretty open with people he wishes to correct - I didn't think it was a personal note to you Dexter and I'm sorry you saw it that way.
