In the case of the usual suspects the update that the 'wire mesh be included in clothing so a path to the ground is there and that way the 'crowd control devices' pass the charge to the ground where Boomer gets all the benefits of the cattle-prod voltage. For all the 'Saw' fans when they have a car battery and jumper cables they are hooked up to an ignition coil with is HQ cattle prod voltage range so you could probable hunt moose with it. Guess who isn't going to be left standing?
I keep my faraday material deep in the bottom of the bong-bowl just so nobody will steal it. The police always look at me a bit funny when my wallet shows up black on their scanner and my id and cash are unreadable items. Once they verify it is safe they let it go. (I'm suing somebody rather than being on trial so that might have something to do with it)
It was a pouch made with duct-tale and some foil that slipped into my wallet, nothing real James Bond about it. It kind of blew me away to find out he was Iranian all this time.

Article two, protocol III of the 1980 UN Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons states: "It is prohibited in all circumstances to make the civilian population as such, individual civilians or civilian objects, the object of attack by incendiary weapons."

You're missing the bigger picture, Israel is targeting the arms.. Hamas is putting the people in the way to bolster their PR campaign and get folks like you all up in arms..

Nothing at all has been fired out of the West bank and the map shows that 80% of 'important stuff' is way north of Gaza even if they hurling missiles. Israel is surrounded and the situation is hopeless so rather than pull a Masada on the people why not just surrender now?I love that map MHz posted..

Israel is guilty and whomever supplied the weapons are accessories to genocide. I don't think the case will be more than smoke.
I get up in the evening, (like all vampires) and I and still awake in the morning. You keep showing me how little you actually know.
The map (that used to be priceless a post ago) has the 'speckled part' and that is out of range of anything Israel says Gaza has. What is their 'rocket fuel' these days, 'flour dust'? (if they even still get flour)
At least anything on the map as coming from the West Bank can have a zero put down, automatically removing 80% of the people from harms way. If the erased Arab villages were put back on the map perhaps it would be them getting bombarded with wave after wave of deadly missile attacks or since there are no birds this is the only way to send messages back and forth.
I can see properly, I am also pretty good at reading comprehension, unlike yourself.
Show me where it says WP can not be used in civilian areas for smoke screens or target identification.
