He is devolving..
He is devolving at pretty good rate now........as the pressures of bad decisions, the impeachment process a nd his personal lawyer being investigated........make him go crazier and even more dysfunctional .
at the very least.....his behavior is totally NONRESIDENTIAL............. but it is a lot more serous than that.
No one behaves the way he does at any work place. ......let alone the white house. His behavior is deranged......and pathological.........But folks can't seem to accept that the US leader is psychologically impaired. and losing it more often.
