Sounds ridiculous, but who knows maybe all the conspiracies,or some of them may be true.
one of them will be proven when the youngest person involved in 1963 will be too old to be tried for it.

I reserve the highest level of skepticism for conspiracies. Can they possibly ever exist? Maybe. But nowhere near the amount that get tossed around on the net on a daily basis. And definitely not the most 'famous' ones either. How can I be so sure? It is the antithesis of human nature to keep a big secret with so many people who would have to know about it for such a long time.

Hope you are as skeptic about the explanations given to us by those in power.

I think he's going to go for it.

Think about it.. The Liberals have no real policy that separates them from the NDP except for flash and bang. Trudeau is the perfect marketing tool to target the uneducated youth to the Liberal fold.

Smart people learn from other people's mistakes......................we'll see!
That seems to be in short supply. Most people don't even learn from their own mistakes. Politics is all about advertising and has about as much substance. 90% of the population are suffering from media induced mental constipation.

I don't think he will go for it. Any Savvy politician aspiring to be PM will want a strong supporting cast, which the Liberals do not have at the moment.

I read in the newspaper this morning that Trudeau commented on 'feeling intense pressure' to accept this post. In my eyes, a person that describes the opportunity in that fashion is not truly interested in moving in that direction

A week or so ago I'd have agreed with you, but now I'm not so sure. Harper is starting to act like an A$$hole!

Perhaps just as well, if he feels pressure now he could explode in a top leadership role. Remember Trudeau isn't blessed with extremely stable genes, apart from his father being a raving lunatic, his mother has suffered from mental illness for much of her life! (Mind you I think she may have come by that honestly)

Probably right up until the day he changes his mind!

His reasons make sense. Says its about his family. He knows first hand what that job can do to a family. I imagine he'd want to avoid that mess.

Or he's setting the stage for his acceptance.
