Yep. When you are with holding evidence in a case in which people died. Lots of people.

Doesn't it seem strange that your criteria for being unfit for office involves doing something you must hold the office to do? I thought it would be something a little more fundamental.

Like an IQ that at least hits 3 digits. SO far as I can tell the only criteria is being born in the US and having deep pockets or be beholden to people with an agenda And deep pockets.
You can be unfit and still be elected.....and prove your lack of suitability once there.....

I agree with you, but other Presidents have done similar things. It'd be nice to get rid of 'executive privilege' altogether so it can't be abused.
That was all the case under Bush jr. as well. He wasnt impeached. Various Presidents have had many of those same issues as well.
Corporate corruption, suspension of rights, a failed public education system and poisoned water are issues the Congress and state governments should be dealing with. The President does not have a whole lot of power over domestic matters. Its strange that almost everyone sees the President as being a quasi-King who makes all the decisions on everything and is responsible for everything that goes wrong rightfully or wrongly.
Congress can end the never ending war simply by cutting off the money. They have the power of the purse and they are the ones who decide whether to declare war or not. Not the President. Unfortunately they've let every President from Truman on to do whatever they like with the armed forces. They could have tied the hands of many Presidents by using the powers the constitution gives them. Thats what they are there for.
Suspension of rights? They could have not passed the Patriot act or NDAA. They did. They can repeal it anytime they want though.
Is this a trick question? Of course Obama is a liar. He's a politician. The question that really is most important is whether or not he lies more than previous presidents or the his current challenger.
I don't know if Romney has ever actually lied or if he genuinely changes all of his core beliefs every few years. Its one thing to have your beliefs evolving as you go through life but he's all over the place.

I'm thinking unfit as something a little more inherent. Yes you can be unfit and then prove it later, but it seems like you're saying that an action only he could have done in office made him unfit for office. It seems weird to me. Lots of American presidents have used executive privilege to protect advisers and cabinet members from prosecution. You can say they're all unfit for the office, but that to me would be over-idealizing the office. We all know presidents and presidential candidates are human beings. We know they can lie, deceive and be crooked. To even get to that level of political influence you need to be some kind of crook and phoney. Wouldn't we all be better off if we stopped pretending our leaders should be pure and took them for what they are?
Personally, I'm more concerned about Obama's extrajudicial execution of American citizens and his willy nilly predator drone policy than fast and furious. But what is all that if not a moral failing? It isn't the actual action that makes him unfit, but the motivations that cause him to do it. And because you can't articulate that, but rather declare him unfit because of a policy and paranoid gun control conspiracy you don't like, it makes me wonder whether your opinion of him comes from a genuine belief in what makes the man unfit or whether it's just a partisan disagreement.
Obama expanded an existing social program and those who benefit from it support him for it. When you're a conservative and you believe yourself to be a temporarily embarrassed millionaire, who's succeeded solely on your own gumption (or not succeeded because the black president took your money and gave it to black people), I can see how you'd never realize that people believe social programs benefit their interests and vote for people that support them.
Of course he did and I'm sure he'll bring that up if he's lucky enough to be tried by the American people.

In fact the hysteria is reaching its peak with articles that spew nonsense and outright
inaccurate statements. Half truths are worse than lies.
After the debates, if Obama just contains Romney this is not only over it will become
a route with a magnitude of nine on the political scale. Why do you think the Bush,
boys and others are hiding in the woods?

Besides what is left of the middle class and the little people know who Romney is and
they are no longer being fooled by him.

Obama doesnt have any 'slave stock.' None of his relatives or ancestors were ever slaves in the US.
