Trust me when I say chatting with you is no more important than a short coffee-break
Inside Canada's most decrepit prison
Megahurtz english brother!
So, in other words, it's Canada's best prison.
I find it kinda ironic that you would use the term "bleeding heart".The difference between the British and the Canadians is that the British believe their prisons are too cushy and not uncomfortable enough for the felons within them, whereas the Canadians believe their prisons are not cushy and comfortable enough for the felons within them.
The British are complaining that their prisons are becoming a bit too much like Butlins holiday camps rather than places of PUNISHMENT, whereas the Canadians are saying that their prisons should be more like Butlins rather than a place of punishment. Those poor prisoners with their messy cells and mould on the walls. Diddums!
No wonder Canadians are renowned throughout the world for being bleeding heart liberal do-gooders.
You have a lot to learn about life. You don't rehabilitate people by making them sick, which is what mold does to you! When you treat a person poorly you just build resentment. As far as the worse cases like axe murderers and child molesters go I'd agree with you but the vast majority of offenders are people just like you, so they should be treated right.
Why don't they hire sheriff joe as an advisor and make all the prisoners wear pink under garments that'll teach em.
They'll learn all about it when the those prisoners who've been punished are released.
Canada and Britian should look to Scandinavian countries and see how treating prisoners like people who will be released into the public has decreased their need for prisons overall and how the recidivism rate in those countries is much much lower.
Of course you will not explain about how Scandinavian countries have virtually no other identities to deal with. eg How is it working with muzzies?
Joe isn't retired . Still at it and he remains,,,his biggest fan.Apparently that procedure is controversial!Besides, Joe (in his 80s) is probably enjoying retirement.
that's good because other than die-hards who have zero understanding of psychology or human nature in general or you know, basic common sense, I can't imagine there would be manyJoe isn't retired . Still at it and he remains,,,his biggest fan.
My nephew, who I am really proud of by the way, works for the man. On one positive note the Sheriff does crack down on animal abuse and I do support him for that.that's good because other than die-hards who have zero understanding of psychology or human nature in general or you know, basic common sense, I can't imagine there would be many
