I'm amazed this is just now coming to light.
I'm amazed if he was clenching his butt cheeks that this didn't take a darker turn much earlier on. 8O
I'm amazed this is just now coming to light.
I do it all the time, don't you? ;-)
I think 'what goes up our bums' might be where I draw the line at friendly conversation on forum. lol.
How can the hospital bill him if he didn't sign the consent form for the procedure, or don't they have consent forms in the U S?
I wonder if he got a free prostate exam out of this??
I mean they were there, why not check.
David W. Eckert, the New Mexico man at the center of the Deming Police Department’s **** probing controversy, has a history of drug-related arrests, according to court documents viewed by TheBlaze. And while the police have not returned any of TheBlaze’s messages seeking comment, further investigation of other documents related to Eckert’s arrest reveals a significant claim by the authorities: he’s accused of hiding drugs in his **** cavity before.
As TheBlaze previously reported, Eckert was subjected to involuntary X-rays, multiple **** exams, enema procedures and a ultimately a colonoscopy. He has filed a federal lawsuit against multiple parties, including officers Bobby Orosco and Robert Chavez who the lawsuit says were involved in the stop.
According to the affidavit for the search warrant, police were told that Eckert was “known to insert drugs into his **** cavity and had been caught in Hidalgo County with drugs in his **** cavity.”

Search Warrant Concerns
There are major concerns about the way the search warrant was carried out. Kennedy argues that the search warrant was overly broad and lacked probable cause. But beyond that, the warrant was only valid in Luna County, where Deming is located. The Gila Regional Medical Center is in Grant County. That means all of the medical procedures were performed illegally and the doctors who performed the procedures did so with no legal basis and no consent from the patient.
In addition, even if the search warrant was executed in the correct New Mexico county, the warrant expired at 10 p.m. Medical records show the prepping for the colonoscopy started at 1 a.m. the following day, three hours after the warrant expired.
According to the affidavit for the search warrant, police were told that Eckert was “known to insert drugs into his **** cavity and had been caught in Hidalgo County with drugs in his **** cavity.”

Holy crap!8O Literally. What judge signed off on all this for a traffic stop coming out of a mall?
It gets better...now maybe it's a racist thing some say...him being a po' white boy and all like that. Damn (new) Mexican thugs.
No judge signed off on this.
While officers detained Eckert, they secured a search warrant from a judge that allowed for an **** cavity search.
