Well yeah... physical displays of strength and agility, physical health, still spark in us a mating instinct. We're not so far evolved that we don't notice a great body and wonderful skill, and translate that into what that means genetically.
yeah but I've watched Female swimming and diving.. and gymnastics.
the closest I've gotten to having any sort of sexual urge or excitement is that the ladies are attractive. but when I see them in their 1 piece suits, I'm not at all thinking "ooh I'd like her to do that to me on my bed!!"
And? You recognize they're attractive, admire them, watch them move... for some people that's plenty exciting... they don't need to switch over to porn fantasies to still be in the realm of responding sexually.
It would sure beat ping pong I tell you. How many downs would be allowed if we added

I think we are onto to something here, it is a sport for both summer and winter games
and Olympic auditioning could take place year round on its own channel.
Just like American Idol we could find the best across the country.
I think it would bring us altogether especially when they enter the pairs competition.

Longevity, artistic impression, speed, synchronization.
If pole dancing turns out to be anything like gymnastics you fellows would be sporting wood over a 14 year old.

Go to Buddy's on Jasper Ave sometime. You'll find plenty of male pole dancers and men who watch them.
Did you forget, half the population is female. If they eliminated every event that someone can draw a sexual overtone upon. there would be no Olympics and we'd all dress in shower curtains.
