Not really, just following the procedure of an old forum moderator named Locutus! Always figured if I didn't do anything worse than him I'd be safe and it's served me well for about 10 years. Have you got any advice or do you just like to work your jaws?

God does not wrong people; everything happens to people (done by God) is on account of the wrong-doing of people.
Some of my friends yesterday asked me: Are those in Florida and America disbelievers?
I said: Yes... atheists, idolaters and wrong-doers in a way or another.
He said: If there are some upright among them, will they be included in this punishment?
I said: If they forbid the indecency and the idolatry, they may be saved; but if not, they will be included.
He said: How? Even Muslims among them?
I said: Muslims there are almost corrupt (this is what I think) .. Don't you see Muslims here and they do not respond to what we tell them of the 'exclusive devotion to God alone and the monotheism' ? Most of them in fact follow the sectarian traditions of their fathers.
Then I added: It is up to God: if He will, He may punish them; or if He please, He may save them; God is Most Gracious and may alleviate or do whatever He sees it proper according to His wisdom and purpose.
I expect this hurricane is very destructive; God is the All-Knowing.

Is there a fleet of boats that automatically follows these storms of does some devastated island have to raise a flag or something??
I think such estimations of storms depend on the satellite images and the local radar and local measurement.
E.g. I heard the meteorologist say: when we see the eye of the hurricane tight, we know it becomes stronger or as she said.
So they are specialized and are scientists in their field.

GlobalMedic volunteers were packing thousands of hygiene kits Saturday to provide clean water and other necessities to families struggling on Irma-ravaged Caribbean islands.
Toronto Paramedic Rahul Singh, founder and executive director of GlobalMedic, said the kits will help keep people healthy during what might be a long wait for repaired or replaced infrastructure.
“The bigger kits include a point-of-use water purification unit, and that’s bound for Dominican Republic,” he said. “This is going to go into some of these villages that have been wiped out, where the families don’t have access to clean drinking water.”
Volunteers also tuck hygiene items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste into these Family Emergency Kits, he said.
A smaller Hygiene Kit contains similar personal care items and water purification tablets.
In total, volunteers in Mississauga were preparing 2,500 Hygiene Kits and 500 Family Emergency Kits Saturday, enough to support more than 5,000 people.
The charitable agency has already sent water purification tablets to another hard-hit island, Antigua.
GlobalMedic sends volunteer teams of emergency responders to the world’s disaster zones to help save lives.
Its Rapid Response Team is currently on offer to Barbuda, St. Maarten, Dominican Republic and Haiti.
“We run rescue programming, we do flood response, we run drone programming...we get people clean drinking water, we put up field hospitals, we run emergency medical programming,” Singh said. “The Rapid Response Team has run 180 missions in 62 countries in the last decade.”
The team is anticipating three missions this week alone in response to Hurricane Irma, and Hurricane Jose is following closely on her heels, he said.
“That may change things and put even more people in need,” Singh said.

Imagine this: a complete people is troubled: how they sleep, how they eat where they go and where they rest .. how they relieve nature .. how they eat and drink comfortably .. Children, old men and women the sick and ill people, even the strong young .. it is a very exhausting situation.
While Hurricane Jose is watching .. of category 4 hurricane in the Atlantic Ocean .. they thought it will abate and disappear as it goes to the Bermuda ..
But now its direction is to the Northwest ???

This solar cycle does not peak till 2030, I think, I think that means lots of various storms of biblical proportions, the earthquakes are particulary worrysome I rekin. Fukking electricity.

Our father is the same Adam, and the mother Eve. The government is other than the people.
People are God's servants: if He likes, He destroys them; and if He pleases, He saves them.
So it is a good news: the storm is getting less in force as it goes to the north, and will suddenly drops down and weakens.
Also Jose has weakened. So things may become better: I hope.
