Geepers - you're not kidding. The Trudeau/Canada haters feel they have to politicize everything, even the deaths of innocent kids.
Another one who can not read and takes offence when one is warranted.

With all due respect, Gopher, I think it has more to do with his oafish deportment at social events. :)

Tonight the community of Humboldt came together to grieve for all those touched by this tragedy. They also came to pray and seek solace in the words of their religious leaders. The arena was standing room only, as were two other venues in the town where folks gathered to mourn and remember.

The vigil was organized by the town council and all the religious leaders in the community with the help of hundreds of volunteers. They did well for having only 6000 souls who call it home.

Rob Muench, Mayor of Humboldt was the first to speak after the opening prayer. He struggled through tears to thank all those who have reached out with offers of love and support - and they are legion. People from every part of Canada and around the world have phoned, emailed and posted comments of love and support on social media. Bronco's President Kevin Garinger was equally emotional as he spoke of the players and the team, the families and all the supporting agencies. Bronco's Chaplin Sean Brandow delivered a very powerful talk. His grief and anger was raw and real. He spoke of feeling lost and walking for 15 hours in the 'valley of darkness' and of what he had seen and heard when he reached the scene of the accident and later when he was in the hospital with the living and the dead, and their families. It was incredibly moving and the people gathered there were not left untouched by his words.

Though many VIPs, sport celebrities and others of note, including the PM were in attendance they had no part in the vigil. The PM had an aisle seat with his son Hadrian beside him. Ralph Goodale stood by the back wall all night.

Hymns were sung and psalms were read and many many tears were shed. If it is true that tears can bring healing, then the process began tonight in Humboldt.

He might show up in a Broncos uniform!

Nope, he showed up in a dark suit and there were only two very quick shots of him during the vigil. He did well.

I realize that you are challenged when the topic is not about you, Cannuck but for once could you just back off? This topic is about the loss and suffering a community is going through after the deaths of 14 people - one is still on life-support. Think about that, will you. Please.

He doesn't think!

Justine should not attend any services in Humboldt. He is highly unpopular in the area and will be a distraction for the media.

The patients he visited seemed to like it even though they admit they disagree with him politically.

What thread are you reading?
The one titled "Humboldt Broncos bus crash". What thread were you reading when you felt the need to mention Trump? You know, because this accident is all about Trump, you f*cking tactless, insensitive troglodyte.

One of the deceased/survivors was misidentified. Coroner's office mistake.
