It makes no difference to me as I know it will probably not change your mind. That is something you need to decide for yourself. But here is something to think about.
If that alcohol didn't make you sick, what exactly did it do to you as you obviously know it should have done something nasty ?
Exactley...... I come from a long line of alcoholics, and they say alcoholism is hereditary, because of that I was too scared to drink. The first time I really got "drunk" was my 40th birthday. Since then I have gotten "drunk" maybe 10 times in the last 10 years, mainly with my brother. We can finish off a 40 pounder of rum at a sitting with neither one of us falling down. I have next to no headache the next mornin. This is scary to me. |To be able to drink that much, with next to no morning after consequences tells me that I am a prime canidate for AA.
Those that can drink alot and not suffer the after effects should be extra viligante in the hows, why's and how often, they drink. The line between alcoholic and non is very dim for some.
One more thing, you don't have to drink every day to be an alcoholic. If you can't stop at one or two when you do drink, then you need to take a real close look at it.
