You should have mentioned that earlier... It's clearly in the Geneva Convention and UN Articles that publishing plans of genocide is perfectly acceptable if more than 7 people have been deported from somewhere at some time.
Looks like you got me on a technicality there
The offer of finding which article applies would keep both of us from saying things that aren't covered. How about even if that route isn't followed a few terms can be gone over so there is mistaking who is who.
The Military is a part of the Govt is the ones that issue the orders and the soldiers carry it out if it fits in with the UN Articles of War and they should refuse it if it is not a legal order.
A few more books will be needed apparently.

The war crime of making financial gain off of 'occupied territories' would be in those texts, are they counted as something Israel should change or ignored because Israel uses the false claim of security while not mentioning that she is pocketing money. One or the other but not all for you all the time and nothing for the Arabs all the time.
Think of all the out of work treaty law lawyers that could have Palestinian students on-line where the teaching involves them filing their homework with some branch of the ICC where trial dates are set in stone. One single trial would start a domino effect.
Those same rule-books would cover the conflict further north where the Govt is shooting at people heading for Russia's border just so there are fewer refugees. A refugee is somebody who has to leave their home, deported means you have to leave the country. It would be a lawyers heaven to argue that point. Gaza is a locked facility so locking the doors and then starting a planned fire never goes well for the defendant in court. Language is an issue in the Ukraine and Canada has shown that a country can function with two official languages and only a few more people that speak both would be needed as the people can read and write in their own language and computers are faster and better at sorting documents.
I would say whatever commander is is in charge of a group that hits a school or hospital would be the fall guy. You can also bet his crew would be getting the most practice in the 'this is a test' period.
The air campaign was against the imaginary missiles, just like the last few times and this time didn't see any changes so no new weapons have been added to the iron dome. This campaign is different as there is a ground campaign that would have a set goal. With all the attention given to tunnels in the press the ground offensive is set to capture a security zone inside the wall. That km and whatever would certainly have tunnels in it as parts used to be called a city utilities. Parts have been without sewer and water for years so they would be bone dry. Get some horizontal drilling crews over there and the path underground can be tracked above ground and let's see how many 100's have been made it under the wall. This campaign did have something new in that bumker busters were used that targetb the area at about the 20ft level, the depth that services are installed at. Before the rebuilding meant scrapping off the rubble and putting up a new structure and the old pipes could be used. Now the whole area for a block in every direction would need the pipes replaced. The new security zone requires all the old utility tunnels have to be collapsed or they would be used, not that they have been used. There isn't anything noble in any of that.
It isn't that I and others can't be convinced, it's what is on the table isn't entirely convincing and the seems to be great effort extended in not supplying the parts that are asked for that would clear the mysteries up. Stalling that would seem to make a person part of the problem rather than being part of the solution.
I walk past several schools while walking the dog. They are probably hit because they stand out in an aerial targeting map, that they wait for a lot of heat signatures to be there is as goulish as it ever gets. That they can do it without shedding tears means they are not in touch with reality anymore. There is a treatment, the first stage is to grab hold of them so they don't fall because of their own erratic behavior. After that standard shock treatment except the duration is a decade long. Sit down is the first task you should be able to accomplish on your own. Thinking and talking come next and that is the proper order.
... When did this become about the RCC and Indians?... Oh, that's right, it morphed into this the very moment that you ran out of any intelligible argument.
... So, what's next?... Gonna lay the blame on Brian Mulroney?
Meaning the charges would never be followed through with and Canada would throw him $10M just for mentioning his name in the wrong sentence. Guilt not being a factor, . . . that Brian Mulroney??
... When did this become about the RCC and Indians?...
Do you not see two cases where one group claims to be under unfair persecution and the other group says they aren't, end of story. In neither case does that seem like a totally just conclusion when that path could be taken for all issues. If either persecuted group still feels violated the next step would be the ICC. If the 1st Nations wanted them to hear their grievances I wouldn't be against that and I'd be willing to accept the judgment once all arguments were said and done. Being stalled for 20 years in the Canadian Courts is something that looks a bit corrupt with the Crown slowing things down as much as possible, it might be legal but it doesn't impress me.
If I used Jews and Masada and Rome would you be able to see the picture. Should Gaza give into Rome? or fight onto the last person rather than lose their identity. The war against the 1st Nations didn't end with the shooting stopping. That is when the Church and State went after decimating a culture while not intigrating the beaten into society. Would you really wish that same treatment to happen in Gaza? You're a bit warped, this is way beyond that.
