LBJ was in the FDR, HST, JFK, Hubert Humphrey, Sam Nunn, and Scoop Jackson school of domestic policy once embraced within the tradition of the Democratic Party. However, LBJ sowed the seeds which have grown into a toxic ideology progressively embraced by the Democratic Party since the Vietnam War era. The old Democratic Party embraced the concept of social justice while at the same time subscribing to the concept of American greatness.
You're easily amused. You're also a social justice sort of guy who doesn't believe that all things are finite. Unfortunately, you conceive of social justice in a zero sum sort of way...perhaps unwittingly. That's a hazard when one's credentials exceed one's knowledge.
The federal govt. has created many victims. There is a difference in magnitude of victimhood among Whites and Asians and Latinos. However, each of those groups differs from Blacks in kind because the federal govt. has destroyed the Black family.

In 1960 the rate of single motherhood among Blacks was about 25%.
Children born to single mothers are likely to live in poverty all of their lives. African America is unlike all other groups because the majority of Black children are born to single mothers and will live perpetually in poverty. As such they will live lives of dependence never knowing personal autonomy. A life without personal autonomy is not worth living.
