Well countries that are know to have H5N1, or higher than normal HIV/AIDs.. or other deadly diseases.. people should be held.. or required to go to a Hospital and tested..
You can contract AIDs and tests can show if you have been infected immediately.. tests come back in 48 hrs.
Travel between the USA and Canada no.. I think there should be no border..

I was an immigrant and had to get blood tests for AIDs and other diseases..
Far from anti-Immigration, I like to see immigration from Mexico into the USA.. it's what keeps the economy going here.. it's why our food prices are so cheap, construction and other manufacturing industries..
However, I honestly think Canada's immigration is far to easy and it needs to change... and it has since Harper has come to power.. but it needs more changes and harmonization with the USA's policies.
Immigration is good, but not when it does not protect the current residence of that country..
My rant was not against Immigrants, it was more to do with lacks "LIBERAL" policies that allow for safe guards to be over looked.
