And the facts, as I have consistently related, belie the accusations of war crimes. 1418 killed. One half of whom were Palestinian militants (yes, that is according to HAMAS!!!!!) In the most densely populated place on earth. In three weeks of attacks.
The usual ratio of civilian:military death in modern war is 10:1. The Israelis crippled Hamas' military wing, leading to a huge reduction of deaths on BOTH sides over the next two years, while killing one tenth the number of civilians one would expect. In the most densely populated place on earth.
That means OBVIOUSLY that the Israelis took extreme care not to hurt civilians in the attacks.

If this is how a Judge is treated then what is somebody with one piece of paper to their entire name going to do, why so scared if that are justified, insist it go to trial (while paying 49.5% of the cost win/lose/draw) so the word 'whitewash' cannot be accurately applied.
