Wow that was scary! That baby is so lucky. To predators we are simply food to them. We are no different than a wildebeest on the Serengeti. This baby was no different that a rabbit to that eagle. The only difference was it was unable to carry it away.
It was a seagull . Someone glued an Eagle beak on it. And made little eagle noises. Anyone could tell.

yup - it was discussed on local tv and a video expert ( a guy who has worked for the FBI) said it was fake - but it was a nice school project
There is a video out there that slows the video to frame-by-frame in a couple of spots while explaining some inconsistancies that made the author of the video suspect that it was fake(before the students 'fessed up). Without seeing that, it would be easy to see how so many people were tricked into believing it was real(I never saw the video until after it was debunked, so I can't honestly say if I would have been tricked, but I probably would have. LOL!).
