People who tend to oppose the theory of Global warming are also those that least understand it

Spoken like a true GW Alarmist. But at least we know where you stand. GW Alarmists know everything and their position in unmovable. They will not be detered or admit that it is a dying phase in eco-history. It became political so long ago that people are invested emotionally in it and can't believe it is ending.

Could you explain this? Are you saying because we aren't scientist we cannot support or oppose Global Warming?

I didn't know for sure so I went and spoke with scientists, odd, couldn't find any that opposed it and thought it some conspiracy, they were all fairly cosistent in support of AGW.

Tyr...this is all old news. GW is finished and you know it. It was an attempted shakedown by environmentalist that has failed. Kyoto has failed. These forums are filled with graphs, numbers etc. saying this and that, for and against. The last two years have broken records in cold weather across the planet. All alarmist can do is point to a patch of ground in Greenland and say

"Look! There used to be snow there!"

But when glaciers are growing in Europe they tell us not to look at local weather.

Common sense has prevailed. No head in the sand here, I just refused to have someone put my head in the sand.

Just as I wager that the medical community is correct when they present evidence that the common cold is caused by a virus. Mind, you there is still a night-vapours crowd that deny this. I have found that arguments with the night-vapours apologists fruitless. I'd rather ski or mock the my-god-is-bigger-than-your-god fringe.
