We could have the Chief Justice of the Supreme court doing the legal and constitutional duties, such as swearing in the cabinet ministers and dissolving parliament etc...

The prime minister or the speak of the house can read the speech setting out the government agenda and things like that.

The hugs, hand shakes, and ribbon cutting can be done by cabinet ministers.

Absolutely, Johnny, I don't think there's any question that we could get along quite well w/o her. The thing we don't know is if we can get along better w/o her. One other question I have is does she bring more cash to the country than we spend to have her? Prisoners might be pissed off if we got rid of her too. I believe every time she visits they get a year knocked off their sentence! That's just the Federal lads, I think.
