  • Woman who claims she was abused by Jimmy Savile says she saw Gary Glitter having sex with an underage girl in the presenter's dressing room
  • Karin Ward appears in the documentary 'Exposure: The Other Side Of Jimmy Savile', which airs on ITV tonight
  • Claims come after footage of Glitter performing on Jim'll Fix It in 1991 emerged online

Gary Glitter raped a girl of 13 in Sir Jimmy Savile’s BBC dressing room, it was claimed last night.

The attack in the 1970s allegedly took place as Savile was himself groping a 14-year-old in the same room.

A third star – a household-name entertainer who still performs – was also abusing a schoolgirl, according to the claims.

They were made by Karin Ward, a former pupil of the Surrey school where Savile is accused of preying on under-age girls.

She waived her anonymity to tell an ITV documentary screened last night how the Jim’ll Fix It star was in cahoots with pop paedophile Glitter.

Her devastating story was aired as:

  • The BBC faced fresh claims it hushed up Savile’s abuse.
  • Newsnight was plunged into a row over why it failed to pass allegations to police.
  • More women came forward to tell how Savile molested them as teenagers.
  • It was claimed the star abused girls as young as nine at Jersey’s notorious Haut de la Garenne children’s home.

There is no any better of example of the need controlling pedophiles than Gary Glitter.. who has been involved with child pornography, and rape of children for 40 years. After convictions for child porn and allegations of rape of a young girl in the the 1970s through 1990s, Britain declared him a Registered Sex Offender in 1997.

So he moved to Vietnam in the 2000s.. which subsequently arrested him for habituating under age prostitutes. There's no remorse.. not even any sense of guilt. This type of thing requires a long prison sentence and severe supervision once released. This is why the BC Courts are so aggressive in pursuing a case against Christopher Neil , for people with this disorder.. by and large.. there is no cure.

So how many stars WERE involved?

Special report: A 15-year-old who killed herself after leaving a diary naming DJs as abusers. Disturbing questions about John Peel.

  • Top Of The Pops dancer Claire McAlpine was 15 when she died of an overdose in her family home
  • She left behind a diary naming many famous showbusiness personalities who she claims 'used' her
  • The allegations were dismissed both within and outside the BBC and Jimmy Savile publicly denied having known her

Back in the Seventies, when Jimmy Savile was at the height of his fame, he was interviewed by a newspaper about the death of a teenage girl.

The youngster was Claire McAlpine. She was just 15 years old and had been a regular dancer in the audience of Top Of The Pops.
On the morning of March 29, 1971, Claire, a former convent school pupil, was found lying on the floor of her bedroom at home in Watford, Hertfordshire, by her distraught mother. She had taken a fatal overdose.

Near her body was a bottle of tablets and her red diary. ‘Don’t laugh at me for being dramatic, but I just can’t take it any more,’ Claire wrote.

It was her last heartbreaking entry to her parents before she killed herself.

On the preceding pages, she had named a string of radio disc jockeys — and other showbusiness personalities, all household names — who, she claimed, had ‘used’ her.

One of the DJs, she said, had taken her to his house for the night and given her a pill which made her feel like she was ‘floating on a cloud’. Another had also invited her back to his ‘sumptuously furnished’ residence.

Savile, then in his 40s, who presented Top Of The Pops, was asked during the interview if he knew or remembered Claire from the show.

‘I studied a photograph of Claire very closely,’ he replied. ‘I cannot recollect ever seeing the girl in my life. They say she came from Watford. I don’t know anyone who lives in Watford.’

The inquest into Claire’s death was held shortly after the article appeared. The coroner ruled that Claire committed suicide after deciding her ‘day-dreams’ of becoming a pop star would never come true.

Gary Glitter arrested, Again.

Part of the ongoing Jimmy Savile drama:

Former pop star Gary Glitter has been arrested on suspicion of sex offences by police investigating Jimmy Savile abuse claims.

Glitter, whose real name is Paul Gadd, has previously been jailed in Vietnam for child sex offences.

He has been taken from his home into custody at a London police station.

Police are investigating allegations that the late TV presenter Savile sexually abused some 300 young people over a 40-year period.

Met Police confirmed that officers from Operation Yewtree had "arrested a man in his 60s in connection with the investigation".

Scotland Yard has said it is following about 400 lines of inquiry as part of the operation - which is looking into claims Savile, who died last year aged 84, abused hundreds of young girls and some boys.

Police described former BBC DJ Savile as a "predatory sex offender"

Of course here we see what the upper class do when they're not stealing your money. He's dead and his bones can be thrown to the dogs, the living perverts however will off millions to preserve their clothing of respectability. Of course they'll still take advantage of our children all the while putting the boots to old Saviles rotting remains. And the BBC will remain above suspicion. Can't have the loyal viewers loosing faith at times like these when the Islamic navies threaten the very shores of liberty now can we. We will do something about it after the war perhaps.

BBC news chief, deputy 'step aside' to deal with scandal

LONDON -- The BBC's news chief and her deputy have 'stepped aside' while the broadcaster deals with the fallout from a child abuse scandal that forced its director-general to resign, the broadcaster said Monday.

Helen Boaden, the BBC's director of news and current affairs, and her deputy, Steve Mitchell, have handed over their responsibilities to others for the time being "to address the lack of clarity around the editorial chain of command," the corporation said.

"Consideration is now being given to the extent to which individuals should be asked to account further for their actions and if appropriate, disciplinary action will be taken," the statement said.

Fran Unsworth, head of newsgathering, would assume Boaden's duties and Ceri Thomas, editor of BBC radio's influential "Today" news program, will serve as deputy, the BBC said.

The move comes after resignation Saturday of the BBC's director-general, George Entwistle, after a BBC news program bungled reports that powerful Britons sexually abused children.

The corporation's governing body, the BBC Trust, confirmed on Sunday that Entwistle would get a payoff of $715,000. It says the settlement took into consideration that Entwistle would continue working on BBC business, including two inquiries in the child abuse scandal.

John Whittingdale, chairman of the House of Commons committee on culture, media and sport, said was surprised by the settlement and called for an explanation.

What's up? I guess it doesn't matter who you are, if you falsely accuse someone of being a child molester sh*t is going to hit the fan.

Wasn't he a bonafide child molester? If so he should be reported on...............posthumously or not!
Wasn't Savile working for the BBC all those years.....so it's their not dealing with it then that is also causing part of their problem now.

To be quite honest, BBC is not in my realm of expertise, just observe the sensationalism on Global T.V. I guess the guy being dead could complicate matters a bit, in order to arrive at justice, the accused has to be given the opportunity to defend himself no matter how egregious the charge!

I'm confused. Did they handle it wrong by reporting it? Or did they handle it wrong by not reporting it? Maybe I need more coffee for this to click.

Likely many people knew about Gary glitter and Jimmy Savile pedophile activities at the BBC. Anyone who knew and did nothing should be held accountable for their inaction... just like all the people at Penn State who knew about Sandusky and did nothing.
