He's a fk'n moron is what he is.
He's the way he is because he chooses to be, not because he has some physical withdraw like someone on crack or alcohol. No game company should have to pay for some idiot who can't deal with their own life and decides to play in some RPG video game more then they should.
Being anti social, not being able dress himself on a regular occasion tells more about the person and their own problems, where the video game is just the item he uses as an excuse for his actions.
If the game is that big of a problem for him, perhaps he should uninstall it from his computer so he won't have the excuse to play it...... but he won't, nor will he seek any real help, and even after he's done suing the company, he'll still be playing the game I bet.
he alleges he would not have begun playing if he was aware “that he would become addicted to the game.”
^ I call BS on that, and he would have still played it if there was a warning, because in everybody's mind, "it's just a video game."
I imagine he even suffered in his job as well, perhaps even lost it, so rather then accepting responsibility for his own dumbass actions, he's going to try and snag some money from the company, possibly towards what he may have lost when he may have lost his job..... then he'll use this time to continue to play the game even more without having to worry about a job for a few months.......
then what?
He'll probably sue again, or perhaps find another game to use as an excuse and sue that company.
He needs to get a life is what he really needs and I'd be pretty disgusted if he actually won his lawsuit.
