What does that have to do with income taxes and Libertarian users fees as the better option which Freemen have no issues with.

Libertarianism is based on common law and user fees.

If you want to be one, be sure to know what they are all about first.

If I wanted to avoid paying taxes, I would move to Belize, get a cozy lawn chair, dig my feet into the sand, slip on a Margarita and point my hand North while giving the bird to Canada and the silly fudrukers freezing their azzez off for 8 months out of the year..

Other than that, I'll pay my taxes which pay for the roads, schools and health care that I am happy to receive while living in the best country on earth - CANADA.. :canada:

Oh yeah, I only pay 5% GST unlike your piss hole province.

But no user fees like in ABortion.

It's nice to get a Library card without having to pay $10 or walk into a museum or gallery for free or not have to pay for healthcare off my cheque to a private company or pay the same rate to insure my vehicle whether I'm 16 or 160.

The $10K a year less I pay in SK for cost of living is a real bummer

AB hidden taxes rock eh B00Mski?

Whatever.. this thread is about a creep that should take a sod off shot gun stick it into his mouth and pull the trigger.. defrauding little old ladies.

Not a pissing war over Provincial Taxes when everyone knows Alberta is the #1 province in Canada.. we have the Rockies..

Are you jealous that you have to pay taxes because you believe in laws beyond common law?

In common law, what is the rate of income tax?

It's what Libertarians call USERS FEES and not taxes.

Who the hell would want to live there to begin with?

Hearts who beat ever on
for Scotland the brave?

Mel Gibson in warpaint...for one...

so then you are saying the sheriff will not physically remove him and even though he is legally evicted he has the right to stay?

sounds like a landlord has zero rights

Yep. The 2005 changes to the tenancy act in Alberta handed over the social services 'costs' of the Province to ANY landlord unlucky enough to have a rogue tenant move in, EVEN AS A SUBTENANT. You are responsible for any deviant person whom your renter moves into YOUR basement, house, etc.
the Net result is Homeowners who once rented sold off, and apartment rents skyrocketed. In Saskatchewan, conversion of rental buildings to apartments is effectively banned. Caveat Empore .

The Sheriff can't.

He/she and the bailiff can, and will... It'll be happening to buddy here in Calgary on Friday

The house may be her personal property but the land it sits on isn't hers.

She has the right to occupy that land, so for all intents and purposes, it IS hers until such time that she relinquishes it (voluntary or otherwise).

It's not over and the lien will stand.

A simple challenge.... The courts will love to see any documentation/contracts. Otherwise, it's he said - she said

Under Libertarian common laws, she owes him for improvements.

What does that have to do with income taxes and Libertarian users fees as the better option which Freemen have no issues with.

Great... Is there an agreement in place?

Depends how you define 'winning'. Mr Esatz Rielian moves out of province and she has an 'uncollectable judgement'.
However, if the legal system takes a 'hard look' at the 2005 Tenancies act and makes the L-T relationship more equitable, then we may have a saner future.

Hopefully, she has the 20,000.00 in uncollectable losses.

Stop being such a p u s s y .... She has options relative to making his life equally as miserable in the future.

If buddy wants to go through life with judgement on top of judgement over his head along with a devestated credit score - he is welcome to live the rest of his days in grinding poverty.

... But at least he showed 'em all!

Have you ever tried collecting a judgement against a wandering 'tradesman"?

I'm disgusted in this guy. He is an idiot and along with a few other idiots gives the Freeman movement a bad name. You see, I work with a group on Freeman movement and this is NOT what we are about. Is there some truth in his claims? Well yes, but not how he is twisting it. We do believe that there is a difference between Common-law and Admiralty-law which is where our govt operates. We do believe that statutes are not legally binding without cooperation and consent. We also believe that you cannot harm anyone in any way including taking people's property. This guy is actually going against everything the movement is really about.

Our fight is against a govt that has usurped control of our lives illegally. What the group I work with wants is to start over with a different form of govt. A govt that will provide infrastructure and essential services and nothing else. A govt that has nothing to do with corporations. This doesn't mean a free pass on everything. Criminal code still applies. Civil torts still apply. Basically what doesn't apply is all the govt cash-grabs.

Anyway, please understand that this joker is NOT representative of the core of the Freeman movement and those of us that are trying to do some good for everyone against the illegal, corporate govt despise this man and his actions.

LOL don't bother going bankrupt, just wait 7 years and if she does not go back to court the judgement becomes void..

Most people don't throw good money after bad to secure a debt you'll never collect from a dead beat.

I think it's pretty obvious, irrespective of what people's opinions may or may not be on the Freeman movement, that this guy is not part of anything, he's just in it for himself.

But I don't think he's an idiot. I'd imagine it would take a lot of effort, time, energy to come up with these complex schemes. He's a con-man, plain and simple.

Freeman ordered evicted from Calgary home, wanted in Quebec

Andreas Pirelli, 48, who sources have confirmed also goes by Mario Antonacci, was on trial in Montreal in May 2010 when media reports say he failed to show up and a warrant was issued.

The charges stemmed from a Sept. 20, 2007, incident in which a landlady was allegedly thrown down a flight of stairs and broke several bones.

The man in that case also claimed the landlady’s residence was an embassy as part of a sovereign movement, according to reports from the trial.

As someone who has rental property in BC I hope this guy gets removed soon. I also hope e is sent back to Quebec to face the assault charges, which by the way is still against common-law in the Freeman movement.

My dad and I have both had problems with tenants in the past and have lost multiple months of rent during evictions. I know in BC it takes about 3-4 months to go through the entire process to get an order for the sheriffs to remove a tenant, and that is if it isn't disputed. I now have a lease agreement with some pretty severe penalties for the tenants if they get evicted. I also am diligent in requiring proper references and a full credit check.

My advice to any landlord is don't trust anyone, make sure you have an ironclad agreement even if you spend on a lawyer to make sure and don't ever wait to start proceedings.

Join the club Nick, I was a landlord for about 7 years in the late 80s- early 90s, 4 out of 5 tenants were total losers and the 5th one was about a C-. I dealt with everything from having a door kicked in, ran the oil tank dry between Xmas and N.Y.s and abandoned the place to let the pipes freeze up, Cat piss in the living room carpet, dog sh*t 6": deep on the deck, unpaid rent, one tenant decided the yard needed cleaning up and set a grass fire, he cleaned it up good but damn near took the neighbour's place along with it. At that point I put it up for sale at a loss, my nerves were shot. The one tenant we got a judgment against him in court but never did find him to collect on. The real estate agent was absolutely useless, all the information I ever did get was from the neighbour (who damn near got burned out) never heard boo from the agent when the one outfit jettisoned after Xmas. Anyway we learned a good lesson, I will never ever again rent out property.
