I'm not suggesting that you wouldn't.
But aside from conceding and adhereing to law and order in society, another responsiblity in society, in my opinion, is to hold each others actions up to basic standards of ethics and morals. Now not all of us hold the same ethics and morals, granted, but when something occurs that is contrary to my own standards I think it's important to speak up about it, even if it's only on this forum.
I think the decision he made was morally and ethically wrong, it flies in the face of what I believe is fundamental to freedom and equality. It doesn't really matter to me whether it specifically states in the Charter or a US Amendment that manner of dress is or is not included.
And it smells to me like racism hiding behind legal authority, so I'm judging him on his actions. Which is more consideration than he gave the two individuals who were passengers on his plane.
