Here is an article illustrating the dangerously arrogant values of the socialist hordes that rule campus life in these modern times-and I seriously hope we don’t have too many of these lunatics here! With some comments of my own in brackets):
Violent snowflakes make conservatives on campus unsafe

Springtime may be in bloom, but snowflakes never go out of season at America's most prestigious colleges and universities.
Quivering students at the University of Notre Dame launched a protest last week against the school's decision to invite Vice President Mike Pence as commencement speaker. Activist Imanne Mondane told the campus newspaper that she and her peers felt "unsafe" and threatened by "someone who openly is offensive but also demeaning of their humanity and of their life and of their identity."
In other words: The mere presence of a public official whose policy positions veer from acceptable left-wing norms is a public safety hazard.
(As some wise person once observed: LIE-berals believe so profoundly in their own beliefs that any dissenting voice is not just wrong but represents a personal attack that LIE-berals meet with quivering outrage.)
At Wichita State University, the student government voted to refuse official recognition of the libertarian Young Americans for Liberty group because it supports -- gasp! -- the First Amendment. Since other chapters of the group across the country have invited controversial conservative speakers to their campuses, the Kansas safe-spacers argued, it would be "dangerous" to allow them to operate in Kansas.
(There it is-not just closed LIE-beral minds but Fascist minds willing to savagely attack any dissenting voice no matter what points may be presented!)
And at Duquesne University, students have now declared that welcoming a Chick-fil-A on campus would put their "safe place" at "risk" because the founders of the fast-food company defended traditional marriage.
What the cluck? These millennial chicken littles have grown softer than the insides of waffle fries.
While they hype the existential dangers of exposure to discomfiting ideological dissent, the bubble-wrapped brigade ignores the real menaces in the academy.
Take vengeful Fresno State professor Lars Maischak. He's been on the loose on social media, tweeting earlier this year that "Trump must hang." Just to be clear, he added: "The sooner and the higher, the better." In retaliation the administration's crackdown on illegal immigration, Maischak proclaimed, "two Republicans" should be "executed" for "each deported immigrant."
Using the hashtag "#TheResistance," Maischak tweeted: "Has anyone started soliciting money and design drafts for a monument honoring the Trump assassin, yet?"
The unhinged academic also tweeted a photo of a bullet with the caption: "Finally discovered! A cure for racism. Take one, administered straight to the cranium."
I can't say "lock and load" or do the "Charlie's Angels" finger gun pose without being accused of inciting violence. But this assassination-obsessed loon can tweet his twisted heart out on Twitter with impunity. Where's that Twitter Safety Council when you need it? Of course, Maischak denies harboring any hatred and claims he's the innocent target of a "digital lynch-mob."
Meanwhile, real mobs set fire to U.C. Berkeley to protest speaker Milo Yiannopoulos, injured a professor at Middlebury College while hounding conservative speaker Charles Murray off campus, and assaulted conservative speaker and Vice Media co-founder Gavin McInnes at New York University.
As Manhattan Institute scholar and "The War on Cops" author Heather MacDonald recounted in City Journal, she became "the target of such silencing tactics two days in a row last week" at Claremont McKenna College and UCLA. Baying protesters chanted, "We are here to shut down the f---ing fascist" and "From Oakland to Greece, f--- the police." She was forced to livestream her talk from an empty room while agitators pounded on the windows outside. Then she was whisked away in an unmarked Claremont Police Department van.
Who's unsafe on campus? The social justice mobsters play victim but wield bloodied brass knuckles in the ivory tower against any and all who threaten their orthodoxy and power.
(I am inclined to suggest that this mob mentality represents a logical intellectual progression: the more power and money govt takes for itself, the more responsibility it scoops up at the same time! A hundred years ago things happened through Gods Will-now its all govt dealing. Your business is failing? Get a govt subsidy. Housing costs are too high? Get “affordable housing” courtesy of govt. Cannot find a job? Govt should arrange one for you! If govt wont help you its because they are bigots-such is the logic of modern times!)
(It is understandable that govt SHOULD be blamed for many things related to the economy as their oh so heavy hand is busy scooping up all manner of tax cash and ruining our economy in the process. But the solution is not even more govt. Blaming govt for crime and social violence and blaming govt for trying to sort out violent conflicts around the world is irrational. And the Cdn LIE-beral solution-simply throwing open the borders and letting people do as they please is not rational either.)
(There were three thousand dead in the ruins of the World Trade Centre and some action had to be taken to deter more attacks. But deterring terrorists is like deterring bank robbers and tax cheats and speeders on the highways-there will always be MORE!)
(This does not mean one should give up the fight-one should simply be in it for the long haul and should look for suitable and sensible solutions. The Trump idea of simply ensuring that terrorists cannot easily travel to United States is a logical reaction- if they cannot reach you then they cannot hurt you either! It`s the same logic that prompted Israelis to build their wall shutting out Palestinians.)

(It was over 20 years ago that U.S, author Christiana Hoff-Somers wrote her book “Who Stole Feminism” and was roundly denounced by the usual list of leftie suspects for exposing the package of lies being spread on campus by Women`s Studies type professors.)

Hoff-Somers exposes this lie by pointing out that radical have RE-DEFINED the concept of rape in order to reach the one in three number. They have demeaned rape-this most personal and violent of sexual assaults into something almost as banal as having somebody sneeze on you in the subway!)

The guy was living with a girl who had a drinking problem-and when she was drunk she was promiscuous with other men and the guy didn’t like it. One night she came home drunk as a lord and they had am major fight about it and the guy decided he had endured enough from the drunken slut.)

So she went to Toronto Cops and laid a rape charge and the guy spent 18 months in jail over it-lost his job, his car, his apartment, his stereo and clothes-ALL GONE. And in the end forensic evidence and police investigation revealed the women had got drunk at a bar and had consensual sex with THREE MEN in the back of a van before staggering home to fight with her live in boy friend and accuse HIM of rape. And there is exactly what is wrong with letting radicals tinker with our laws for their fun and their selfish profit!)

On the same day Abdirahman Abdi was pronounced dead, Ottawa police moved to hire a Somali-Canadian man who had failed a background check, prompting the civilian investigator in charge of vetting officers to resign, Postmedia has learned.
On July 25, just after 3 p.m. Abdi, 37, was pronounced dead in hospital after being arrested by police the day before on the steps of his Hilda Street apartment building. On the same day as his death, the decision was made to offer a job to an applicant.
In a letter of resignation, obtained by the Postmedia, sent by civilian background investigator Christina Benson, Benson alleged the applicant was an “unsuitable” police candidate and that his hiring “is being done for political reasons to appease the Somali community.”
(I have to ask if there is any limit to the LIE-beral lust for gaining and keeping power by PURCHASING ethnic votes-even if means compromising public safety and security and eroding public confidence in their police?)
Chief Charles Bordeleau told the Postmedia he approved the hiring of 19 new officers during a previously scheduled meeting on July 26. The Postmedia has learned that the approved list of candidates sent by the recruiting section did not initially include the applicant. All police candidates are presented to the chief, who is responsible for signing off on their hiring.
Bordeleau said that “all of the candidates had gone through the rigorous OPS selection process and I believe met the qualifications for employment with our service.”
In an email to all officers sent Monday evening after the Postmedia asked him for comment, the chief said two of the candidates that were made offers had "items in their background checks" that he was asked to review. "I looked at the cases in their totality and established offers should be made to both individuals."
The applicant is active in the Somali community in Ottawa. All potential police officers are heavily screened prior to being hired.
Abdi’s arrest and his subsequent death have rippled through the city and have resulted in community allegations of police brutality and racism.
Benson, a background investigator on the force for more than five years, alleged in her resignation letter that the service has “disregarded their own hiring standards.”
Benson said it was with “great regret” that she “must resign,” in a letter dated Aug. 4. Benson had conducted the background investigation on the applicant.
The decision was made to offer the job to the applicant on July 25, after the force had previously sent him a rejection letter, according to sources, and Benson wasn’t notified until the next day.
“I was shocked since I indicated in my report that the applicant was not recommended for the position of constable,” Benson wrote in her resignation letter. “This was not a case of a candidate being borderline on the scale of hiring as is sometimes the case."
“The facts compiled during my thorough background investigation are worrisome,” she continued in her letter. “This individual will be a poor representative of the Ottawa Police Service and a liability to the organization.”
When reached for comment, the applicant said he had been advised by friends and family to not discuss the events on Hilda Street. When asked if he had previously received a rejection letter from the service or if he had comment on the investigator’s resignation in light of his background check, the applicant said: “At this point I won’t be able to speak to you about anything about the Ottawa police.”
The investigator’s report found that the applicant had a handful of speeding infractions, four licence suspensions and had attempted to get a new licence while his was suspended. Benson found 16 convictions under the Highway Traffic Act.
Benson also raised red flags regarding a 2013 incident where the applicant falsely phoned police, according to the report. Police found he had a history of negative behaviour when pulled over by police and that he had several different dates of birth on file.
Benson also found inconsistencies in the application. The applicant had said he was selected by the Somali government for a program, but the report found that a friend had actually been selected and that the friend asked the applicant to go in his place instead.
The application was, however, supported by multiple letters of recommendation from people already employed at the police force.
(I have to ask: “HOW MANY of these `character references` have a Somali background? And given the casual array or dates of birth, multiple driver license suspensions and other irregularities that would DISQUALIFY A WHITE MAN-can we trust ANY of those giving the references”? The answer seems to be LOUD NO!!! To accept such a candidate is to set loose on the public an armed LIAR with a SLIPPERY sense of responsibility!)
Benson's letter of resignation says: “I have lost faith in the integrity of the constable selection process."
“I cannot continue in good conscience and I refuse to compromise my own work ethic. I must stand by my own principles, ethics, and integrity.”
When reached for comment, Benson said that resigning from her job was “the most difficult decision I have had to make in my professional career.” She would not address the specifics of her resignation but said she stands by her letter of resignation.
The process did not fail, the decision makers did,” she said.
Seventeen of the 19 offers extended by the police service have since been accepted.
Bordeleau flatly said that none of the offers was related to the events on July 24, when Abdi was arrested by police.
“Many members of our diverse communities have not traditionally seen policing as a viable career choice,” Bordeleau said. “This is a barrier we need to overcome. We do so by outreach recruiting to diverse communities. We call on members of the community and our own sworn and civilian members to identify potential recruits.”
(Yeah, many members of our community don’t see policing as a career because too often cops in other parts of the world are in the pockets of corrupt politicians and hiring a Somali FAILURE to be an Ottawa cop for reasons of political correctness puts OUR Police in jeopardy!)
There are currently eight other employees — five officers and three civilians — who identify as Somali-Canadian on the force.
Bordeleau said he would not be commenting on personnel matters.
“As with all recruits who join our service, we welcome them and will support all of them to be successful in their policing careers," he said.
Bordeleau also said he is “proud to have them join our ranks and I know they are proud to serve their community.”
The applicant had tweeted about the arrest that grounded Abdi. Some of those tweets, critical of the police union and officer responses, have since been deleted.

His honesty and reliability are already in question-and now that he has been hired we must also question the honesty of those who approved his hiring in spite of his FAILING moral standards and his apparently not so veiled hostility to existing cops! Crump is also serving as host and executive producer of a six-hour miniseries on the A&E Network titled Who Killed Tupac? And busy Benjamin is hosting Evidence of Innocence, a documentary series that will profile “the unbelievable true stories of individuals who were convicted of crimes they didn't commit.”

The series will air on TV One, originally co-owned by Comcast and now controlled by Radio One -a minority-owned company that syndicates racial rabble-rouser, cop-basher and hate crime hoax godfather Al Sharpton.
(Oh great-a tv channel dedicated to using slanted propaganda and distorted evidence to defend people who think that drug dealing, pimping and violent criminal acts are a viable lifestyle! To bad these people don’t want to look at the Time magazine report from 30 years ago stating that at that time black guys and white guys under age 30 and with similar levels of education made salaries that differed by only one half of one percent. Yes-it ought to be the same but hey-there are still a few bigots around and NOT ALL ARE WHITE! But the point is that as of 30 years ago- if you get the skills you ALSO got the job-colour barriers were virtually GONE! And now Black Lives Matter goofs are stirring the pot with REVERSE BIGOTRY and making people look at colour again!)
This is the same social justice TV network whose liberal anchor Roland Martin fed Democratic debate questions last year to disgraced former CNN contributor Donna Brazile, who finally admitted recently she leaked the information to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
CNN president Jeff Zucker declared after an internal investigation that the network “would not partner ever again” with TV One.
But not to worry. TV One was happy to partner with Sharpton's National Action Network to co-sponsor an awards show last fall that bestowed a special civil rights honor on Crump “for historic and transformative service.”
“Transformative service”? Try manipulating reality for political gain.
(Such twisted language is catching- Toronto politicians use the same sort of blather to praise their local Black Lives group for their self serving crap! And what it comes down to is that in our crippled economy seeking GOVT grants is the new blue collar employment option!)
While the network has cast Crump as a champion of the falsely convicted, both are responsible for spreading falsehoods and inciting hatred against a former Oklahoma City police officer whose case is one of the worst miscarriages of justice I've ever encountered.
Last fall, TV One's true-crime hit, Justice By Any Means, reenacted the story of former Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw with blowhard commentary from pundits who had no clue about the actual evidence in the case.
“Legal analyst” Tanya Miller, for example, put words in Holtzclaw’s mouth that appear nowhere in the court record, trial transcripts, police reports or interviews.
Holtzclaw was arrested, charged and convicted on numerous alleged sexual assaults in the summer of 2014, during the racially inflamed, anti-cop riots in Ferguson and Baltimore.
A circus mob of militant BLM protesters gathered at the courthouse, chanting, “Give him life!” during proceedings and drowning out testimony as they demonstrated inside and outside on the streets. Agitators took photos of jurors in defiance of the steamrolled judge’s orders.
Riot threats hung over jury deliberations.
(Sensible people will recognize that reverse bigotry is not a solution. And the Cdn criminal justice system has a vastly better record than anything in U.S.A. Our best known wrongly accused case involved Native Donald Marshall-convicted of a murder he did not commit. But it is hard to pity the guy -as he personally admitted later: “I ought to be in jail for some things I did but I did NOT kill anybody”! Its bad they jailed Marshall for the wrong reason and yes, they eventually let him go-but its absolutely WRONG to suggest he is an innocent victim of white bigotry-not with his criminal history! The justice system needs fine tuning-not wholesale destruction! And we certainly do Not need the Yankee versions of either justice or propaganda here!)
Crump now represents nine accusers (all black women from the gritty northeast OKC neighborhood Holtzclaw patrolled) who are plaintiffs in high-dollar state and federal civil rights lawsuits. Those clients include a convicted felon who preposterously described Holtzclaw as a “short, black man” when he's 6'1", half-Japanese, and pale, and a convicted felon who denied seven times she had been the victim of any inappropriate police conduct -- until a sex-crimes detective informed her about the Holtzclaw investigation and she changed her story to claim that he had forced her to expose her breasts.
(Hey-money for nothing is fun money! And that is the flaw in all this hate-its ALL about money and personal revenge-and that 15 minute of fame Warhol promised!)
Crump also represents the troubled young prostitute and drug user with a violent criminal record who called Holtzclaw a “hot cop” before accusing him of rape -- months after Jannie Ligons' charges were publicized and Holtzclaw’s name and face widely disseminated.
Crump falsely claimed on TV One that the crime lab found “DNA evidence inside” her “panties” and “vaginal DNA material on the inside of Holtzclaw's trousers” that “matched the DNA of the 17-year-old.”
I’ve reached out to Crump to explain his egregious falsehoods and omissions. But the fake news rising star may be far too busy to bother with facts that undermine the lucrative social justice racket. Damn the truth. It’s show time!

Detroit doctor denies performing female circumcisions; Judge keeps her locked up

Detroit Dr. Jumana Nagarwala, 44, is accused of mutilating the genitals of two seven-year-old Minnesota girls.
DETROIT — A Detroit-area doctor charged with performing genital mutilation on two seven-year-old girls denied the allegations through her lawyer Monday, insisting that she conducted a benign religious ritual for families of a Muslim sect.
(Muslims INSIST genital mutilation-which involves excising the entire female clitoris- is benign. Western medical science recognizes it can be a relatively pain free operation if suitable drugs are administered. But the real issues involve total lack of consent for the life changing operation. The two girls most recently mutilated were only 7 years old and utterly unable to consent to anything!)
(Muslims believe that excising the clitoris ensures a woman will be more `chaste` and `modest` and will not become `lewd` or `promiscuous` since she will not obtain any sexual pleasure due to the lack of clitoris. Of course it also makes her less satisfactory as a wife as sexual relations with hubby also suffer due to lack of interest. And depending on how skillfully the operation was done, the woman may suffer acute pain from the scar tissue during the sex act. Many Cdns will regard the removal of Clitoris as a stupid act made for muddled and primitive reasons!)
Shannon Smith’s defence of Dr. Jumana Nagarwala contradicted the government’s position that the Minnesota girls were forced to undergo a painful, bloody procedure at a Michigan clinic that left them with scars and lacerations on their genitals. It’s the first time someone has been charged with violating a U.S. ban on genital mutilation.
Smith’s explanation emerged during a hearing to determine whether Nagarwala would stay locked up without bond, following her arrest last week. After hearing arguments, a judge said she was a threat to the public and refused to release her.
“They were the last in a long line of children cut by the defendant,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Sara Woodward said of the two girls who were accompanied to the Livonia clinic by their mothers.
Smith said it is Nagarwala’s “absolute position” that she didn’t mutilate genitals as alleged by the government or even cause bleeding. She said mucous was removed from the girls in February, and the gauze was given to the family for burial.
Nagarwala is a member of the Dawoodi Bohra community, a Muslim sect concentrated mostly in India, Smith said. Federal investigators have said the families of the Minnesota girls also belong to the sect.
The Bohras are an affluent community of about one million people concentrated mostly in Mumbai, India, but also seen across the U.S. and Europe. Within the sect, the practice of female circumcision remains a divisive issue, although supporters defend the ritual.
Smith partly blamed the allegations against Nagarwala on a “political divide” within the group’s mosque in Oakland County, Michigan. She didn’t elaborate.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Mona Majzoub aggressively questioned the attorney, sometimes with a skeptical tone. She asked why a so-called religious custom was being performed in a medical clinic after business hours and wondered why Nagarwala appeared to be the “go-to person.”
“She was familiar with the religious procedure. ... It does not have to be done by a physician,” Smith replied. “I believe my client wanted it to be as sanitary, as clean as possible.”
Nagarwala, 44, stood silently next to her attorney, wearing a head scarf and shoulder cape over her jail clothes.
“This is going to be a complex” case, Smith said.
The judge replied: “I agree with you.”
In arguing that Nagarwala should remain in jail, prosecutors didn’t disclose many new details. Woodward said investigators believe she has performed genital mutilation in Michigan as far back as 2005, although an exact number was not known.

The issues that came before the tribunal all took place in January and February 2015 — the time between when both parties mutually agreed to terminate the lease and the day the couple moved out.
