Well, I did offer my services as mod about a dozen times but each offer was ignored. More convenient to have right wing wannabe mods, as we all know ....
Christians committed the Spanish Inquisition. Christians committed the Holocaust. Christians committed the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment in America and a similar experiment involving gonorrhea in Guatemala. Christians committed the My Lai Massacre and the invasion of Iraq. Christians formed the Ku Klux Klan. Christians invented nerve gas. Christians started the Opium Wars. Christians started and fought WW1 and WW2. Christians used the atomic bomb on civilian populations. There's lots more. Are you fed up with Christians yet?
So................................Christians ended W.W.II, Christians discovered insulin, Christians landed on the moon, Christians discovered America, Christians invented the airplane and the automobile! What's the big deal about Christians?
Christians do good things and they do bad things, most of them aren't Saints.
Eggs Zachery. Making blanket, condemnatory statements about Muslims is the same. Condemning people because they belong to a religion is like racism. It is bigotry. It is blind prejudice. It is ignorance personified. Those who express it are the same kinds of ignorant, uneducated people who created and supported the Holocaust and anti-black racism. It is amazing how often they appear to be the uneducated, extreme right wing.
They are the ones that get the press, they are also for the most part living in Countries that are corrupt, use Police State tactics, divide one against another, show trials, and the list goes on.
That sounds pretty simple minded. Do you believe the Western press? Don't you think western media tells stories from a western political and cultural perspective? Or don't you think people in the west are exposed to propaganda?
Do you think there is no corruption in western states? Do no western states ever use police force? Do western governments never divide and conquer? Are all western courts fair and impartial, or might western laws and procedures be set up to control certain dissidents? Do you recognize that your posts stand out as a product of the western propaganda system? Or does no such thing exist in the west?
are you excusing or saying that what goober says is untrue? What he says is very true. It is, however, the minority that get's all this "bad press". Those with half a brain realize this, while those with no brain jump up and down and make idiotic statements like "are you fed up with Islam yet".
I interpreted goober as writing that "Muslims" get the bad press therefor "Muslims" are bad and are our enemy. That position seems very wide spread in America these days and it is destructive, racist nonsense.
Well then, maybe you should have someone else "interpret" for you so you don't continue to make these mistakes.
Indeed? That sounds arrogant. Upon what evidence do you base your assertion that your interpretation outweighs mine? Establish that and I won't mind saying "oops". Your unsupported word goes nowhere absent a reasoned explanation.

Here is the difference. So called "Christians" engaged in acts of barbarism are deviating from the example of Jesus Christ, and defying the instructions of the New Testament, and in doing so, they belie their claim to Christianity.
Muslims murdering infidels, especially Jews, in in perfect keeping with the example of their prophet and the instructions of their holy texts.
