I couldn't tell from the pictures what kind of truck that was, I was going to guess a Freightliner, but if you have reason to believe it was a Peterbuilt, then I'll defer to you.
Just heard on Global news that the girl has superficial wound but is ok and the family wants privacy.
It was also reported that the family is seeking legal action against the dude who took the vid and posted it without their concent.

Good luck with that legal action. Not a chance in hell of winning. Anything that happens in public is a public event, and people are free to video it.
