I'll bet that you were kept through thick and thin. Those "better paid" private sector workers were probably laid off at the first sign of a slowdown. It would be quite extrodinary if they had any benefits at all, let alone the juicy retirement that civil servants collect. You need to do a little research and look at the total package, not just the wage.

Not only are the children of seniors stuck with all the public debt our seniors have run up but they are also paying out of pocket to look after them. I wonder if any seniors appreciate it.
