Chinese think East Indians and Africans are subhuman and whites are savages.

Nice people.
Probably if a true test was ever carried out it would probably reveal that of all the ethnic/colour groups, Whites are the least racist of them all.
These ethic groups make racist statements in their own language so an outsider cannot asses how racist they are.

As much as I like Japan and Japanese people, their society is incredibly racist. Japanese landlords won't rent to foreigners living in Japan. Japanese real estate agents are reluctant to sell homes to foreigners. There are "guest houses" for foreigners working in Japan but they are getting few and far between as more and more Japanese young people are taking up residence in them. Even if you were born in Japan as a non-Japanese national, lived your entire life there, embraced the culture, spoke the language fluently, you'd still be 'gaijin', even to your Japanese friends. As a White person, that means in general you get the minimal politeness, at best, from strangers. That's not to say everyone you run across will be brusque or unfriendly to you though.

That is devastating, the brazen killing of a Toronto-area mosque caretaker points to rise of far-right groups in Canada
Yeah, as if islam isn't far right to begin with. February 21, 2020 - Saad Akhtar killed a 64-year-old woman with a hammer in Toronto. The victim was chosen at random. The attacker left a note on the victim's body, expressing support for ISIS. He was arrested and charged with terrorism offences. I guess that points to a rise of extremist muslims in Canada.
