Well it sure seems to me a lot of people want to shut him up . I always wonder why they are so worried ?
Poor old Ezra every one and Gerry want to throw him off his soapbox .
Of course we do not want to throw Ezra off his soapbox, how would I complete my audit
I want for him to stick around and incite, then use our public institutions for his own agendas
I want more pictures of his followers engaging in their inciting behaviour ,I want his member list and funders
Of course Erza should stick around

This bears reposting. Seriously, talk to your doctor about your medications. You can audit the doctor at the same time.

Chill Murphy, your taking this all to serious, rest!Think before you speak

What's wrong with desiring to know the Rebel organization, who knows I may even join the folds,I may like the whole thing
Maybe a Rebel ticket holder,?
Murphy try it may you like it,dig deep

Bear?
What does that mean?
I have been awake for a long while, what to do with all this awareness is what I worry about,
I know where to go,just wondering how,
Or where I want to be with my craft of information auditing,I know the world is my oyster when I decide,my true love of auditing is within the humanities
Could I use Twitter to exercise my love of social Justice
Or should I go Corporate?
I keep my mind in gear by keeping busy, like the Rebel for instance is a none serious distractions of everyday ,just happens to be in existence ,nothing personal

The Rebel News Agency provokes people, and then when the people react...they sue them or have them charged.

Sheila Gunn vs. Dion Bews is a perfect example of this. "He punched me in the face!!"

How about CTV? BBC? NBC? ABC? CBS? Mainstream newspapers (we still have a few left.) And major online news sites like the Huffington Post.

And you don't think any of these can be full of bias? Half truths? Compromised ethic? Lies? Opinions?

That fact is, these are attributes of all "legitimate" news/media sources.back in the day, They called it TV 'programming' because it will program you on what to think about many topics.

If you have a firm belief about something that you have never seen or never directly affected by, chances are it has been programmed into you by your "legitimate" news.

who cares.. ezra levant is a moron with nothing relevant to say.

Actually, that would be you.

Ezra Lavant actually did something quite relevant.......he fought off an attack on Canadian free speech by Islamists, and was instrumental (along with Mark Steyn) in getting section 13 of the Human Rights Act repealed.

And you? What have you achieved?

I might agree with you if so many of the uninformed did not use Levant's rants as a legitimate source of news.

Unfortunately, it can be a "legitimate" source of news.

It can also be completely over the top.

But it is valuable, as are all competing voices in the marketplace of ideas.

The dangerous ones are the people that want to shut down certain sections of that marketplace.

True, the problem is not so much the news sources as those who read/watch/listen to them. People who don't take the time to fact check for themselves, or consult multiple sources when forming their own opinion still get a vote at election time.

But Ezra is all for outlawing criticism of Israel. He was all for shutting up Arthur Topham, as were many of the cons on here. The man is a pathological hypocrite.

You sound exactly like the Dumpster. Apparently any news story that disagrees with your preconceived view of the world is lies or opinions. Modern news broadcasters draw on hundreds of sources, unlike those that the Dumpster favours which just make it up.

I am a big believer on desktop strategy
Desk top strategy means many things, but in the context of using and falling the method of what is on topic ,it means I object from my home ,my best methods are simple,my pen is my sword,or one of them to object or congratulate,I love it!

All that protesting is too noisy for my likes
Desk top strategy is many things, now I can do designs backwards on my desktop,my methods are assisting with outcomes of predictability and success
I like information auditing backwards with clarity and certainty,I am feeling a little too proud and voodoo like with the knowledge I hold
I need a new desk,lo
